My least favorite hotel during my 5 weeks stay in Vietnam
Pros:

Same as my first stay. Location and beautiful gardens

Cons:

Same as my second stay, disappointed with communication from management.
Pool was not refreshing.

Communications from management. She tried to sort an issue but made it significantly worse.
Pool was like stepping into a hot bath. Apparently they add ice blocks but it did nothing. Could every noise from adjoining rooms

Superb hotel 😁😁😁
Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel. Although we got off to a shaky start due to leaving our passports in Danang, the receptionists were gentle in their explanations. Our passports arrived, we checked into the presidential suite and it was wonderful. Two lovely bedrooms and a spacious lounge met our expectations. The location is perfect with the old town being one block away made navigation easy for us. Breakfast was fantastic and the complimentary head massage before check out completed an extremely pleasant stay. Thank you Hoi An Historic Hotel... 10 out of 10.

A perfect stay on our honeymoon!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and our Junior Suite was fabulous. The hotel staff were fantastic, in particular Tran who gave me two Vietnamese lessons!

The pool was fantastic, and the service was wonderful - they brought our drinks to us poolside and we were able to charge everything to the room.

This hotel is wonderful and we will return any time we are in Hoi An.
Pros:

The staff are gorgeous, supportive and so kind. The location is ideal. Breakfast is great. The pool is just delightful. We have stayed three times and will return again.

Cons:

We had to leave to go to our next location.

Нам понравилось все. Чисто, аккуратно, красивая территория и тихо.
Каждый сотрудник приветлив и заботится о тебе.
Отель достоин 5 звезд, и сервис приятнее чем у пятизвездочных отелей.
Отель даже бассейн охлаждали льдом в течение дня.

Hôtel calme en centre ville!
Pros:

Tout était parfait !
Tout d’abord l’emplacement en plein centre de Hoi An et à la fois au calme, permettait de se déplacer à pied très facilement.
Ensuite la chambre, grande et très confortable. Literie top 👌 et très propre.
Petit déjeuner buffet très fourni et de bonne qualité.
Le personnel à l’écoute et de bon conseil.
Enfin, mention spéciale pour le spa de l’hôtel qui bien qu’un peu plus cher est vraiment bien et utilise des produits de qualité 👍🏻
