Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, clean room, bed ok, poor breakfast
Pros:

Good location, several restaurants and shops within walking distance. About a 20-30min walk to city centre, but also affordable and easy to take a taxi (Bolt/Letz). Staff were friendly and helpful/accommodating. Rooms were clean. The beds were okay - not the best, but certainly not the worst...adequate. Rooms were relatively quiet. Small balcony was a nice touch. There were uneven floors (you could feel slight dips in the floor under the carpet in areas), but taken in stride with the charm of an older hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. The food warmers didn't work, and the eggs had been sitting out for awhile (unheated) prior to breakfast starting. The bacon frequently appeared under-cooked. The hot food options were cold and questionable whether safe to eat. They did have some cold options which were okay - various types of bread, croissants, cold cuts and cheese, and sometimes crepes.

Generally was a good stay, apart from dirty towel disappointment

Generally good place in a very quiet area, has some mini markets and restaurants around.

Cons:

All was good, but hotel needs a bit of renovation. Oh, almost forgot, the one of the towels was dirty, which has set my concerns if I need to check everything

ארוחת הבוקר לדעתי לא שיקפה את רמת בית המלון, היא הייתה מעט משעממת, ניכר כי לא היה להם יותר מידי חשק להכין אותה

Pros:

Great location. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was peaceful and quiet during the night. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection of options. There is also a restaurant on site, which serves tasty food, and the bar offers a good selection of wines.
