Decent hotel, but....
Pros:

The location and the cookies on the reception 😅

Cons:

We stayed 4 nights and they never did our beds. Just they changed tge towels. After first we remain without shower gel, tell to the person who was in charge but never replaced. Jacuzzi was not working during all the days.

A clean 2 star, but gets 4 stars for convenience / decent place to rest your head before heading into Yellowstone early!
Pros:

Can't give this place 5 stars because the facility itself doesn't warrant it (facility is like 1 star) but it's a good place with decent pillows to rest your head before heading into Yellowstone Park early in the morning (literally minutes from the entrance). The woman working the front desk in the evening shift is a gem (can't remember her name - she's a bit younger and recently moved to Montana) and we're so grateful to her for telling us to get to the park before 6am -- we had NO idea (even though we did a ton of research) and she really saved us from waiting in 3-aisle car line that seemed to be about 100 cards long waiting to get in around 10am to the park. The rooms definitely have a ... smell... but the windows open so we aired it out. Shower curtains smell like mildew. But all in all, clean sheets and a place to rest your head before heading to the park. Not a place I'd stay longer than a night in, but it did the trick for us.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Fairly large comfortable rooms, a pool & hot tub, as well as small laundry room. We had been traveling for over a week, so were glad to have the opportunity to wash clothes.

Cons:

They do not provide breakfast, just coffee & tea.

Comodidad y cercanía a lugares de interés.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena ya que te permite ir caminando a zona de restaurantes y tiendas. La habitación esta muy bien, con camas cómodas y mucho espacio. Lo mejor, la cercanía a la entrada de Yellowstone, desde la puerta del hotel a la entrada en menos de 5 minutos.

Cons:

Estuvimos solamente una noche y no tuvimos ninguna experiencia negativa. No pudimos hacer uso de todo lo que ofrecía el hotel para poder valorar otras cosas.

Hôtel parfait très bon rapport qualité prix !
D’extérieur l’hôtel n’attire pas trop comme les bâtiments en bois ou les lodges à proximité mais à part cela nous sommes ravis !
La chambre est grande et propre.
Ils distribuent des cookies chauds pour le goûter!
Le petit déjeuner en partenariat avec le restaurant voisin était vraiment très bon avec de bons produits
La piscine n’est pas très grande mais à le mérite d’exister
Nous avons pu faire nos lessives à l’hôtel c’est offert il y a même des sèches linges
Nous avons pu faire des chamallows grillés le soir sur les braséros de l’hôtel

Great location and wonderful staff, but the outdated bathrooms need an upgrade.
Pros:

Great place near Yellowstone! Our room was spacious and clean, and the location is perfect—just a 5-minute drive to the west entrance gate. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodated all our needs. Loved the beautiful lobby, historical photos, and the outdoor fire pit. Having guest laundry (2 washers/2 dryers) was a huge plus!

Cons:

The only thing I would note is the bathroom facilities, which could be upgraded to match the hotel's otherwise high standards. The tub could have better handles to hold onto, and the shower head is a bit outdated. Additionally, the water pressure could be better. Twice during our stay (of four nights), there was no hot water. Lastly, it would be nice if the hotel offered breakfast.

Great value and comfortable
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy. It's located very close to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park, in a quiet area. The free laundry facilities were a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

Breakfast is served at a different hotel, so you will need to travel there.
