Good location but that’s about it, they don’t care for their guests at all!
Pros:

Good location, although very young and inexperienced the staff did all they could for us in the absence of management. Good to have a laundry

Cons:

Small pool and spa, underfunded fitness room but mostly our room was not cleaned 2 days in a row and despite our complaints no one from the hotel contacted us. We felt so sorry for the young inexperienced staff who had to be the face of the hotel as management were nowhere to be seen. Very poor indeed and we will never be back!

La proximité du parc de Yellowstone, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des chambres

Cons:

Le seul bémol il est précisé que le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix or ils ne le font plus. Cela serait bien de le préciser lors de la réservation

So close to the entrance of the park, comfortable bed, spacious room, and provided cookies.
Pros:

They bake fresh cookies and put them out in the lobby, the decor was pretty cool and capitalized on history with old timey photos. The room itself was really big which was nice after some cramped stays elsewhere on the trip and honestly, the bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in on our whole trip out of 7 different hotel/motels. Also, it's super close to the park entrance and anything you'd might want to do or eat in West Yellowstone.

Cons:

The bathroom was large but dated - both the toilet and the shower/bathtub could use an upgrade or replacement. The toilet was iffy on flushing. The shower pressure was fine but it made a crazy squealing noise every time we used it that could be heard out in the bedroom. It was one of our more expensive stays but I guess that's inflation and the season pricing.

Pros:

The staff was friendly. The game room, laundry and all the services were great.
The location is good.

Cons:

The hotel is pretty old. In our stay of 4 nights, the toilet was clogged twice. However, the staff came and fixed it.

Great Hotel, perfect location
Pros:

Close to Yellowstone park entrance and almost next door to the Bear and Wolf sanctuary
Front desk staff were superb in helping me with a problem can’t thank them enough
Also be quick to catch the free cookies because they get eaten fast

Cons:

No fault of the hotel but the towns facilities cannot deal with the volume of visitors be prepared to wait a long time to get a table in many of the restaurants

It was overall a really great place to stay. We really enjoyed the private little cabin and porch.
Pros:

I was upgraded to a private cabin from the double queen room that I had reserved. It was a nice surprise.

Cons:

The only downfall was the fast food drive-thru behind the cabin. We could hear people talking through the walls late into the night and early in the morning.

The room was clean and we had asked for the top floor and was accommodated.

There was not continental breakfast. Last time we stayed there was.
