Wonderful hotel - highly recommended for your Yellowstone visit!
Pros:

Lovely hotel right by the west gate. Clean, comfortable room with a friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Cons:

My first room was located near the Game Center and I quickly noted that it was going to be loud. The front desk team was gracious and helpful in finding me a better location immediately

Yellowstone Park Hotel turned our worse nightmare into best possible experience!
Pros:

I was transferred to this hotel from Grey Wolf Inn due to renovation and the staff (especially Mackenzie) were very accommodating and helpful. I did not learn about me being transferred until I landed at Bozeman airport! The staff not only provided us with the best service and room that matches what I had previously booked, but also provided coupons for breakfast and dinner! On top of all this, they did not charge me a single penny! Very fair minded, extremely friendly and patient. Would love to visit them again.

nice and clean hotel, but I would not be staying there again

NO BREAKFAST AT HOTEL, ALTHOUGH IT WAS ON BOOKING.COM THAT BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED..But since I complained to front desk about it, they gave us breakfast vouchers for sister hotel around the block...very disappointed to not have breakfast at the hotel..AC went out at night and room was really too warm to sleep. Staff at front desk was extremely helpful and friendly..also we asked for accessible rooms and were assured we would get them...when we got there, the staff had to rearrange other customers so we could get a room, which was the farthest room you could get...had to walk way down to end of long hallway to get to accessible room!!

Cons:

if they had accessible room closer to the elevator. Disabled persons have difficulty walking far distances, and the rooms were at the end of the long hallway.

The location made an amazing view for watching elk and antelope . The staff was helpful and courteous.There was a nice kitchen area.
