Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Check in schnell und freundlich. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht , aber im Hotel war kein Frühstück mehr verfügbar. Wir konnten in einem naheliegenden Hotel frühstücken, das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und gut , Buffet mit sehr großer Auswahl. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut , McDonald’s in der Nähe . Zum Einfang West Yellowstone ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto . Würden definitiv wieder kommen .

Close to yellowstone park
There was no breakfast as advertised.
There was trash from the previous customer.
All of the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and tissues were empty.
They only gave us 3 towels for 5 people.
The shower made an awful scream sound while using it.
In the morning the maintenance man and housekeeping knocked on our door even though we had our do not disturb out.
Bathroom sharps container in community area was overflowing with needles.
Uneven flooring could not allow the bathroom door to open all the way.
Bathroom would not lock.
Beds were extremely hard.
Great location, loved the fire out front, very comfortable.
No breakfast was served even though it advertised as such.
Location in town.
When we called to see about a possible early check in, we were told there is a fee of $25 per HOUR for early check in!! Check in is at 4pm and we were there at 1pm so that would have been a $75 fee. No way! We went into the Park instead and got to the hotel at 6pm.
No breakfast either.

1. The hotel is close to the main West Yellowstone town and easily accessible to a number of restaurants and shops
2. The hotel is very close to the west yellowstone entrance. Hardly 3 min drive
1. The rooms were too dark
2. The drain was not working properly as the shower water would just get collected at the base.

The location and the cookies on the reception 😅
We stayed 4 nights and they never did our beds. Just they changed tge towels. After first we remain without shower gel, tell to the person who was in charge but never replaced. Jacuzzi was not working during all the days.
