Pros:

Le petit déjeuner dans un autre établissement que l’hôtel

Cons:

Hôtel très moyen pour la propreté dans la salle de bain il y avait encore des poils.
Nous avions réservé avec petit déjeuner et lors de l’enregistrement l’on nous donne notre chambre et nous informe que l’hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner. En montant dans notre chambre je vérifie notre réservation et retourne voir la réception qui au bout du compte nous a fourni un bon pour un petit déjeuner dans un autre établissement.
Dommage qu’ils n’informe pas les clients directement à la réception cela me semble plus accueillant, que devoir nous client faire la démarche.
Le lendemain matin , le petit déjeuner était proposé pour un groupe en bus. Étonnant

Reservation said that breakfast was included but no breakfast was provided. Regarding my request by email I have never received any response. Otherwise I would have given it the highest rate.

The staff was very friendly, and the property was super clean.

Great Stay at Yellowstone Park Hotel. Beautiful lobby, comfy beds, roomy rooms, great staff!
Pros:

Comfy beds, beautiful lobby, generous room, clean and fresh linens, good sized towels and we typically use our shower towels twice, so using them at hotels twice is never an issue for us. Saves water, saves laundry services & more. Ease of access to Yellowstone was a plus! 2 nights in the hotel so we could see much of the huge National Park!

Cons:

No breakfast options, although we were offered coffee in the lobby.

It was too costly and didn't have the advertised amenities.

Rooms were ok. Location ok

Cons:

Tv didn't work, There was no continental breakfast even though the website said that there was. They charged me an extra $50 above what I paid Booking.com. Will never stay there again nor recommend to anyone.
