This hotel is a nice place to stay.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable. The location to attractions was good. Overall it was a good place to stay.

The breakfast could have had a little more variety. But otherwise was good.

Pros:

I loved the area this hotel is located in and for the most part the hotel was clean. We did have ants in our room. We notified housekeeping and they resolved the issue.

Cons:

But I did not like that we didn't receive our deposit back. They kept it for no reason. I've reached out a few times about the issue but still didn't receive anything.

We booked for 5 days only stayed 3. Room was ok , could have been a little more comfortable

To have booked the same day as arrival, it wasn’t a bad option

It was great! The staff was excellent. The room was very nice & clean.

Satisfactory
Pros:

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room we were in was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. What I didn't like was the misrepresentation of the online pictures were nothing like what we saw. The pool was awful.

Pros:

The king suit was great. Lots of of space myself and my daughter

Cons:

The refrigerator didn’t work at all all of my food went bad I had to go buy a cooler no one came to check it out my whole stay i wasted over $75 food I had to trash. Not only that I my daughter crashed in the front of your building on a scooter and hit her head she has a concussion.
