Les oreilles pas trop confortable ,y avais dossette cafe que l 'appreil défectueux .

Incident intrusion dans ma chambre en pleine nuit, le réceptionniste ayant donné un double de ma clé à un autre client.

One of the old-lady staff members was very impolite and unprofessional. The hotel is located near a tram line, and as I have been suffering from tinnitus for several months, I politely asked whether there might be a quieter room to reduce the risk of noise worsening my condition. I am not a native speaker of French, but my partner is.

Firstly, the staff member refused to speak to me in English and spoke only in French to my partner, completely ignoring me, even though I attempted multiple times. Even more surprisingly, before understanding my health issue, she said in French to my partner, in a visibly impatient manner, “If she has a health issue, she should not go out travelling.” This attitude was rude, arrogant, and completely inappropriate for someone working in a hotel. By her standards, guests with invisible health conditions are expected either to stay at home or to tolerate being sarcastically addressed in a language they are not familiar with at the reception.

There were also concerns about the elevator. It showed no visible signs of proper maintenance, and the ground-floor button was nearly broken, raising a safety concern.

Eingangstüre reagiert teils nicht, der Lift kam die halbe Zeit, somit mussten wir regelmässig in den 4. Stock hochlaufen. Sehr unangenehme wenn es über 30 Grad hat. Bei der Zimmerbuchung, wurde eine Minibar angezeigt, fehlte und es gab auch keinen Kühlschrank.

Le séjour a été globalement très agréable, à part un court dysfonctionnement de l'ascenseur à cause de la chaleur et l'absence de capsules à café dans la chambre pour la machine Nespresso.

Unfortunately, my experience at Pavillon Nation was disappointing. The initial room had cleanliness issues, leftover trash, unpleasant odors, and later I noticed mold around the window area. I also saw ants near the breakfast buffet.

While the hotel eventually offered a room change and later relocation to another property in their group, I found the overall hygiene standards below expectations for the price paid. I was also disappointed by the dismissive attitude from management when raising these concerns.

I would recommend checking the room carefully upon arrival.

J'ai réservé pour une nuit et déposé mes affaires dans la chambre le mardi 20 mai. Je suis ressortie dîner. J'avais demandé comment se faisait l'accès de nuit. On m'a répondu qu'un veilleur serait présent toute la nuit. Lorsque je suis revenue à l'hôtel à 1h du matin, personne n'était présent pour ouvrir la porte. Après 45 minutes à sonner et frapper à la porte, je me suis retrouvée dehors en pleine nuit, sans jamais pouvoir accéder à ma chambre. L'hôtel à promis de me rembourser pour me dédommager de cette situation, à ce jour je suis toujours en attente d'un remboursement. Situation inadmissible, à éviter absolument ! Manque de professionnalisme flagrant !

Vétusté, plafond de salle de bain scotché, prises de courant branlantes, television pendante, baignoire bouchée ( mais problème remédié dans la journée) saleté des joints et radiateur salle de bain.

Il n'y avait ni interrupteur pour la lumière ni prise électrique sur un des cotés du lit et la petite baignoire devrait être remplacée par une douche. Une bouilloire, en plus de la cafetière, serait appréciable.
