Muy limpio aparentemente, la cama comoda y la privacidad nadie te molesta

Cons:

Les falta mucho mantenimiento a los cuartos, las lámparas estan a nada a que se caigan, el clima hace demasiado ruido y las ventanas estan canceladas con silicon blanco, como para apagar el clima y abrir una ventana pues no podrás y por ultimo deberían de mejorar la atencion al cliente ya que no te explican nada y piensan como si ya supieras todo el procedimiento

Mal servicio, poco personal, no me entregaron el control del la TV, el estrator del baño no servía, dos personas y menor de edad, solo ponen 2 toallas, al hora de entrar al hotel no sabía por dónde entrar, al salir me tarde más de 20 min. Sin poder salir, pésimo servicio , cuarto muy chico.. es el hotel más caro que e pagado
