Gutes Hotel für ein paar Tage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber auch das hat Stil. Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich und der nächste Strand (Son Bauló) ist fußläufig in ca 5 min zu erreichen. Von dem Hotel aus konnten wir in 4 Tagen die Nordseite super erkunden.

Cons:

Mit dem essen waren wir so mittelmäßig zufrieden. Es hatte viel Auswahl aber gerade das Gemüse und manches Obst hat nicht ganz frisch bzw. gut geschmeckt. Ist aber alles Geschmacksache und vielleicht hatten wir da etwas Pech. Aber der Punkt ist auf jeden Fall kein Grund hier nicht zu buchen.

Auch super sind die Animateure. Am letzten Tag gab es ein unter anderem ein Wasserspiel und es hat richtig Spaß gemacht zuzuschauen. Hat die Gäste sehr fröhlich gestimmt und gut animiert🎶💃🏻💦

Me quise ir a los 30 minutos.
Pros:

El personal de recepción como del salón comedor muy amables.

Cons:

El Hotel desde mi punto de vista no es de 4 estrellas, necesita una reforma urgente, la moqueta sucia y desgastada, los muebles decoloridos, el baño como desde hace 25 años, pero lo peor de todo la comida, no se la daba ni a mis mascotas. Muy decepcionante, las fotos y la realidad son polos opuestos. Me sentí engañado.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel est idéale, proche de la plage mais en bordure de ville. L'espace autour de la piscine est immense et plein de verdure, on a beaucoup de place et d'ombre.

Cons:

L'hôtel est très grand donc il y a beaucoup de monde et on se croirait à l'usine à l'heure des repas.

Pros:

Osebje je zelo prijazno. Postelje so bile udobne. Blizu je plaža. Okoli hotela je veliko parkirnih mest. Hrana je bila raznolika.

Cons:

Ponudba all inclusive slabša kot smo vajeni. Če si želel vodo v steklenici je bila le z doplačilom. Tudi natakarji so se obnašali zelo nezainteresirani za goste. Hrana je bila velikokrat zelo začinjena. Vrata do plaže so se zaprla zelo zgodaj in smo morali za nazaj narediti velik krog (jaz sem bila poškodovana in imeli smo otroški voziček, zato je bilo zelo neprijetno). Bazen dela samo do 18h.

Pros:

The pool, half board facilities, bar but only open 6pm onwards and plenty of grassy areas with shade for lounging in the day.
Drying racks installed on patio.
Staff amazing. WiFi worked.

Cons:

Slippery floors when wet, narrow bathtub, difficult to get in and out of for less able customers, only @2 electric sockets in room.
No refrigerator. Small TV.
Couldn't use safe in room as seemed to require a key, not provided.

Pros:

Nous avons vraiment tous apprécié ! Un accueil chaleureux, un personnel au petit soin, un buffet bien remplis et excellent et surtout un magnifique hôtel.

Cons:

Je trouve néanmoins assez dommage que l’eau ne soit pas gratuite ou bien qu’il n’y ait pas de carafe d’eau aux repas. En effet, il faillait à chaque fois en acheter. Aussi, nous avons trouver que les animations se terminaient un peu tôt, surtout pour une saison où les gens viennent pour les vacances.

Pros:

Very close to a really good beach, had waves and some bouldering if you are into climbing. We didn't bring shoes, we should have, there was great stuff to climb on the right side of the beach.

Plenty of chairs by the pool and pool is large and fresh.

Food was really good, after a few days you recognize some of the dishes. Really good fish, and the Arros Brut (local soup) was 11/10, just astoundingly good. Good waiters for breakfast and dinner. Lovely cleaning staff.

Great place if you have young kids. Close to a really nice Aldi for beach food stuff.

Cons:

Bar closed without announcement on the second at twelve during the England-Norway game, now while this isn't a biggie, there was no last call and we didn't spend any time really in any of the bars besides this game. At a four star hotel there should have been an announcement during the world Cup at least. We were not the only surprised guests when all went dark.

A bit dated rooms, no charging by the beds, a major inconvenience for a modern era. Also no water boiler or coffee in the room which is standard in almost every hotel.

Our AC should really have worked a bit better. It was hot in the evenings even with all the curtains closed well before dinner.

Almorzar con calor, habiendo otras opciones.
Cons:

Hay tres salones en el restaurante, había uno de estos salones, el más grande, que tenía la climatización dañada, pero exigían, solo usar este salón, me imagino que por comodidad (Para Ellos), porque los otros dos salones tenían buena climatización y no dejaba el personal del restaurante que se usarán, esto fue exactamente el día 12/07/26, es lo único que señalo de mi estancia en el hotel, ya que no entendí nunca porque sentarse en un salón para almorzar que tiene el clima dañado, donde hay mucha calor, y luego estar mirando como hay dos salones más con buen clima y no dejar a los clientes usarlos.
