Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο ! Κυριλέ ! Η εξυπηρέτηση άψογη! Μας άφησαν να έχουμε εκεί τις βαλίτσες όλη μέρα και μετά το check out . Πριν το check in επίσης δέχτηκαν τις βαλίτσες μας και μας έδωσαν πρόσβαση στη πισίνα

Nice hotel and staff, terrible room
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and lovely pool and staff

Cons:

We were in room 110 which must have been the worst room hotel and it really strongly smelt of damp and mould and was very dark with people walking past window...it was not a courtyard view it was a road and communal staircase view. The hotel was full so couldn’t move

Sehr nettes Personal. Der Parkservice funktioniert super. Perfektes Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Es sind noch nicht alle Zimmer renoviert und ich denke es gibt keinen Unterschied zwischen Standard und Deluxe Zimmer.

Très bien placé à Taormina.
Pros:

Un grand merci à Ivana (à la réception) très accueillante et professionnelle, qui nous a trouvé une chambre calme malgré l’affluence de clients. Et bravo à Martina (au service du petit déjeuner et piscine) qui est une grande professionnelle avec beaucoup de gentillesse et un magnifique sourire.
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux

Schöne, saubere Zimmer mit einem tollen Blick.
Sehr gute Lage, schöner Poolbeteich.Es gibt einen Parkservice, alles sehr unkompliziert.
Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.
Hier passt einfach alles.

Gorgeous stay in a perfect location!
Pros:

The location was excellent - tucked away from the bustle but right nearby everything as well. The sea view room we had on the 4th floor had stunning views from the balcony. Comfortable bed, good A/C, clean & nice shower. Loved enjoying time on the balcony. The breakfast buffet had variety and was delicious. The staff were very helpful, especially Rosario.

Cons:

Initially, the room we were given had a sewage/mildew smell & was on a lower floor. I booked months prior requesting a room on a higher floor. Upon letting staff know, Rosario was was eventually able to move us to a room that met our expectations. The second room was spectacular.
