The staff the second day made up for it.
Pros:

The staff on the second day were awesome. They stores our luggage for the day and were accomodating to our needs.

Cons:

I emailed property several weeks in advance asking for preferences. We arrived at property early and reiterated preferences. I got stick with a room that had a window facing and inner wall. The room was not super clean. It was really expensive for the room i got.
