C'était un chouette moment
Pros:

Tout étais au top mon marie ma demander en mariage il y a 6 ans edemi et pour non 5 ans de mariage ❤️ on est revenu dans votre hôtel on passer un chouette moment ensemble et un très bon déjeuner on reviendra merci

Wonderful location and mostly wonderful staff.
Pros:

The hotel was in a wonderful location and you’re able to book taxis via a card system that the hotel uses.
They book the taxi from the hotel to Bruges city centre and give you a card to use to book the journey back, the charges then go to your room to pay when you checkout.

Cons:

The gentlemen that checked us in was very charming, helpful and knowledgeable. The barman was the same.
Unfortunately we can’t say the same about the girl in the breakfast room.. we ate a very very small amount of food and returned with our travel mugs in which we had made our tea in our bedroom using our own tea bags as we had a long drive ahead of us. When I asked the girl in the breakfast room if I could use a little milk she told us “no, try at the bar” - this ruined our stay and left a bitter taste from what was an enjoyable stay.

Pros:

Hôtel confortable. Propreté- très bon emplacement. C'était top

Cons:

Le personnel un peu hautain - pas très souriant et peu avenant. Pas d'effort pour parler français
Le restaurant cher - pas de communication- impression de les déranger- manque de renseignements sur les menus qui ne sont d'ailleurs pas affichés sur la porte

Been here many times, great for an overnight stay, staff always very friendly and accommodating. Room very comfortable.
Pros:

Location, very close to the motorway and and a pleasant cycle ride into Brugge. Staff always very welcoming. Room always comfortable and also has air conditioning.

Cons:

Breakfast is a little pricey.

Pros:

L'hotel est proche du centre de Brugge, en quelques minutes vous pouvez arriver directement au centre

Cons:

Nous avons payé pour une chambre avec terrasse et baignoire, quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hotel, la personne à la réception nous a donnée une chambre sans terrasse alors que nous avons payé pour ça

En retournant, la personne nous a donnée une autre chambre avec terrasse mais sans baignoire

En rentrant à la chambre, la porte à l'extérieur ne marche pas, il faut aller par la réception et faire toute la marche afin de rentrer à la chambre ( problème de porte)
