Clean staff is very helpful. They were available for any of my family’s needs. The bedding was so comfortable and a great selection of pillows. The breakfast was amazing

Not in the best area. And to have a charge to park in a secure parking was absurd

Grunsätzlich sehr Angenehm
Pros:

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit zwei Zimmern und 4 Betten. Die Betten sind grundsätzlich sehr gut. Das eine war ein Klappbett was den Schlafkomfort etwas mindert.

Cons:

Unsere Zimmerkarte hat nicht funktioniert. Auch nach mehrmaligem Vorsprechen bei de Reception. Schließlich wurde ein Page mitgeschickt der uns die Tür etwas genervt öffnete und später zwei neue Karten ohne Prüfung Brachte. Sie gingen auch nicht. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren konnten wir es verschmerzen.

Pros:

Hotel in guter Lage

Cons:

Personal an Rezeption unfreundlich, unhöflich und inkompetent. Zimmer entsprach nicht der Buchung. Angeboten wurde ein Klappbett weil das Hotel angeblich voll sei. Dabei waren die Tiefgarage, die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, die Hotelbar und das Restaurant menschenleer.
