La nostra esperienza è iniziata nel peggiore dei modi. Al nostro arrivo, invece di ricevere un benvenuto, la prima cosa che ci è stata detta è stata di parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio sottostante perché, a detta della reception, le auto lasciate all'esterno vengono spesso danneggiate. Un'accoglienza che non trasmette certo serenità.
Il check-in è durato oltre 45 minuti perché il personale non riusciva a trovare la prenotazione effettuata tramite Booking. In tanti anni di viaggi non ci era mai capitata una situazione simile.
Nonostante il lungo tempo perso al check-in, ci è stato comunicato che la camera non era ancora pronta e che avremmo dovuto attendere fino alle 15:00. Se avessimo voluto accedervi prima, avremmo dovuto pagare un supplemento, una richiesta che abbiamo trovato poco appropriata viste le difficoltà già riscontrate.
Anche la piscina è stata una delusione: non c'era personale a cui rivolgersi, gli asciugamani erano assenti e l'acqua era molto fredda.
Nel complesso, ciò che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata la scarsa attenzione verso il cliente e l'atteggiamento poco cortese della reception. È un peccato, perché l'accoglienza è il primo ricordo che un ospite porta con sé. Purtroppo, dopo questa esperienza, difficilmente sceglieremo di tornare.
Questa versione è più autorevole e ha un impatto maggiore senza risultare offensiva.

Severe lack of plug sockets in such a large room was surprising. Facilities in room basic and not enough tea/coffee products for 4 people.
Nous y revenons régulièrement car cet hôtel est tout simplement unique. Excellente situation, hyper confortable. Le restaurant est raffiné et les chambres sont très spacieuses et la literie très confortable. Tout y est parfait.
