Accoglienza e disponibilità dello staff

Cons:

Come consigliato dallo staff abbiamo scelto di usufruire della colazione dolce ( non gradendo il salato) al costo di 9 euro a persona. Al.momento di accomodarci in sala dove erano presenti sia il buffet salato che dolce ci è stato precisato che.la colazione dolce, per politica della proprietà, prevedeva un caffè/cappuccino e uno yogurt e null'altro di quanto a disposizione. Politica ritengo inaccettabile per una struttura che si rispetti, solo grazie alla gentilezza dello staff è stato possibile usufruire, al posto dello yogurt, anche di una fetta di torta. Unico appunto ma che può fare la differenza.

Would recommend for quiet but central location
Pros:

The bed was not the most comfortable, but was very clean! Our shower door had a gap, so the floor got wet very easily.

Taormina is a gorgeous town with lots to see. The hotel was well situated with lovely breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The view from the breakfast terrace was gorgeous.

Perfect location, clean and the loveliest staff, so welcoming
Pros:

Family room and 2 doubles provided well for our group. Having 2 bathrooms in our family room was perfect.
From the moment we stepped foot on the property we were welcomed by the nicest staff ever. They provided maps and walking tour information for our convenience and no request was too hard for them. The breakfast provided was exceptional , catering for savoury and sweet and lovely espresso too.

The breakfast was great and the view from the terrace where breakfast is served is great. The location for the town is very good and is not far to walk to the center.
