It's in a very good location right next to the lively nightlife of Osaka
It was overpriced for what it was. No bar area. Very small room and bathroom. Dark rooms in massive building with zero character. Really expensive for basic service.
A melhor localização possível... bem no meio da rua mais "in" de Osaka. Ao lado das marcas todas de referencia.
Nas ruas de tras, a 5 minutos de caminhada, a zona mais badalada e de lojas, restaurantes da cidade.
Pequeno almoço optimo com buffet extenso e com opções variadas.
Um restaurante estilo italiano na cave (não do hotel) para dias longos de passeios e um jantarzinho à porta para terminar o dia.

Nice hotel. In the middle of everything
Very loud. You can everything from the street.The renovation work is indeed disturbing.
Om de hoek bij de Glico man en de grote winkelstraat. Goede kamers, niet supergroot maar heel prima. Heel schoon en fijne badkamer.
Mei 2026- ze zijn aan het renoveren waardoor maar 1 lift in werking was. Dit is s’ochtends en rond etenstijd niet te doen in zo’n groot hotel. Ze verontschuldigden zich daar voor en mochten daarom soms met de personeelslift.
It was a very clean, spacious western style hotel. Every one was very helpful and the breakfast was awesome!
The ongoing construction created a terrible wait at the elevator. It could take 10 minutes to get through the elevator. They did not tell us about an option of stairs.
Really nice location, in the center, but quite. Room was spacious and well equipped, and personnel was attentive and supportive.
The property was under renovation during our stay, so it only had one elevator working, which many times it meant that we needed some time to get up and down.

I have stayed at this hotel since 2000. Unfortunately twice of my visits they were doing renovation. Having said that it is still the best location, my most favourite hotel in Osaka.
Great location, excellent brunch, worth adding to your stay. Lots of choice even with allergies ( gf options), staff very helpful. Under construction but we were not at all bother s by it.
One working Elevator is not enough for number of guests
The employees are so friendly and helpful and always smiling.. it felt like we wereat home.
The elevators were a little slow in coming but the hotel was crowded so I we understand.. we hope 2 return again. And bring more family nembers.. please k keep up the awesome surroundings and super employees. Aloha n mahalo! 4 everything.!
