Pros:

Location, cleanliness and nice staff. We had an issue with the toilet and less than 5 minutes after we reported it, it was fixed.

Cons:

Would like another single bed in 6 person room. Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable.

Nice clean property in a nice location about 5 minutes from Coligny Beach. The property is dated but clean.

Cons:

What I did not like was that the exercise/workout room was only available to access from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. I am an early riser, and especially on vacation I get up early and like to have my workout completed by 8:00 a.m. before the rest of my family is awake, so I can enjoy my entire day of vaca so this was a big negative for me (you are allowed access to neighboring Spinnaker resort workout room which may be different hours for those customers?)

Mediocre at best.

The room was nice. It had a weird smell to it.

Cons:

I booked a room on the second floor and had no idea. There was nothing in the booking that said anything about being on the second floor. There was no elevator. It was a lot of walking up and down stairs with a lot of stuff.

Nice location
Pros:

It was convenient to getting to beach and shopping/dining areas..the room was nice with two bedrooms and 2 baths..had plenty of drawers and closet space and a well- stocked kitchen

Cons:

There is no elevator and we were on second floor.. we saw a couple of dead cockroaches out in hallway...the indoor pool is really just for laps and had no where to lounge..was part of the fitness area that requires a separate key...

Pros:

The resort as an whole. Everything was better than we expected.

The only complaint I have is there are no elevators. The stairs weren't bad but I have knee problems.

Pros:

There was no breakfast. The coffee was complimentary which one individually made per cup.
The room had a stove, oven, refrigerator and every utensil needed to make your own meals. There were complimentary dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent.
We ate at restaurants, not in the room.

Cons:

The pillows were equivalent to hard throw/decorative rectangles. We were there only 2 nights, but the room was comfortable enough for that time frame. We did not realize we booked a time share type room. (that is our mistake). There was no daily clean up by staff.
