Very rude staff front desk and the manager
. Didn’t like that I booked through a 3rd party and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. They didn’t have my room ready one time l first stopped in @12:00 pm they said they didn’t have my early in reservation and they were booked up the day before and didn’t have time to clean the room. Then told me to come back @ 3 pm they would have my room ready. I left and returned at 4 pm and my room still wasn’t ready. I was told it would be at least another hour. I asked to speak with the manager again and I had to ask 3 more times before the front desk called for the manager. The manager kept making excuses why my room wasn’t ready. I was ready to leave and request for a refund. Then all the sudden they had a room. I felt like I was putting them out and they had better things to do. I am also going to reach out to Hilton and file a complaint. You can also reach out to me
