The people especially the black American working there wearing gray or something was very friendly and very professional
Close to desert diamond arena. Just a little walk.
Pillows were a little uncomfortable.
Close to food, movies, walking distance to everything
No Spa, a little disappointed
Cocaroches in the room customer service was horrible starting by the manager
Everyone was very nice and accommodating! Fritz was AWESOME!!! He helped us out so much during our whole stay! He even found my lost husband after the Bruno Mars concert in your parking garage!!
The only thing better would have been up upgrade but it was not available! Oh and a Starbucks in your lobby!! 🤠
Everything was nice, clean.
The receptionist told me the king room I had booked wasn’t available till 4 but there was a 2 queen room available now. I asked if there was an extra charge and she said no, total would be the same and it was over $20 extra.
Loved how clean it was and how easily accessible everything was.
Nothing!
The hotel was beautiful and the area was very nice. The rooms were very nice and you didnt have to far to get food.
We didnt have any complaints.
It was super close to our venue, very clean, the atmosphere was great, room was nice and big, beds were super comfy! The valet attendants were super nice gentlemen!
I don’t believe there was anything wrong with it, great place to stay but….staff could learn to be a bit more cheerful, a wet mop has more personality! We got to our room and noticed we did not get a balcony, which is what I reserved and paid for but we were so tired so we just let it go! I advise that you tell them what type of room you reserved prior to them assigning you to one, just to make sure you get what you paid for!
It’s very tidy and stylish for what it is. The shopping complex next door is tragic.
Breakfast bar should be included for this price point.
Proximity to venue and helpful staff
Security guard at night wasn’t too clear on directions but was willing to help when he was less overwhelmed.
