Don't stay here, the photos lie

Good Location

Cons:

Photos were from years ago. The place was a dump compared to what the photos make it look like. No pool as the roof is now a rubbish dump, the rooms were nowhere near as nice as the pics.

Ac was not working, I complaint on first night at 1:30 am and technician came and said working. 2nd night again I raised issue around 4am about Ac not working and personally went down to show sweat on my forehead to make them believe, after this they asked me to pack my luggage so that they can shift me and this is 4/5 am in the morning.

it was not value for stay. There are better managed royal orchid hotels in the country.
Pros:

good location in the city

Cons:

the staff was rude on phone as well as the front desk. They were irritated and were raising their voices with customers

Our stay was very good.

It’s was near all locations.

Cons:

The staff are friendly and awesome , very friendly and guide us properly. N the tour dear Mr Nareshji is also very friendly and helpful. Whole day we were with him but no issues.
