Comfortable room and good AC
Pros:

We’re stayed for four days in this hotel the room was clean decent size but had old smell on the first day. The furniture.was little bit old and had a cockroach in the room.

事前情報よりの思っていたより、良いホテルだった。
Pros:

全体的に、事前に思っていたより、
どれも良かった。
私の時は、対応されたどのレセプションスタッフも、
難なく日本語での対応だった。
MRT東門駅から、思っていたより、遠くなかった。
朝ごはんの会場と、料理が
思っていたより、品があった。見栄えも良かった。
宿泊の部屋が広かった。材質も良さそうだった。
初めての台湾や、台北での宿泊だと
大分印象が良い方に変わってくると思う。
ホテルの前の面した幹線道路の景色の状態が
好印象だった。
ホテル前の幹線道路が広くて
そんなに交通量は多そうではなかったのか、
静かだった。

Cons:

私が、宿泊した部屋の隣り（壁が隣接している）と、通路の
対面は、宿泊は、１泊した２日間空だったと思う。
私の宿泊の壁の向こうではなく、
廊下がある奥の３つの部屋が
真ん中以外の端の２つの部屋が
扉のロックの部分の５㎝程開けてあり、
会話が私は、ドアを閉じているのに
聞こえて不快だった。
右端の夫婦は西洋人だから
私には、会話内容は分からないのですが、
そのたの２つの部屋は、日本人のお連れ様同士で
日本語会話だったのではっきりと
日本語会話内容が聞こえてきて不快だった。
未就学児の女児１人の声が一番大きかった。
真ん中の部屋なんて扉をおもいっきり全開に
開けたままの長時間の会話だった。そこに未就学児の女児がいた。
ただ、奥の３部屋全部、どんちゃん騒ぎは１度もなかった。
宿泊した階が静かすぎるため、余計扉を閉めた
部屋に話し声が、ずっと入って来た。
宿泊の部屋は、とても良かった。
宿泊の机の配置が扉付近で、私が、そこの椅子に
座っていた為、他の部屋の日本語会話がはっきりと
聞き取れた。

I really enjoyed my 5-night stay at the Royal Biz Taipei Hotel and can recommend it to others!
Pros:

I was very happy with my stay at Royal Biz Taipei. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and everything in the room worked. My mattress was firm and comfortable, and even though it was along a main road, the room was quiet at night, The location was highly convenient, and only a few minutes' walk to Dongmen MRT station. There is an excellent coffee house one block past the station. Several days a week the Dongmen market operates which has fresh fruit and vegetable stalls and snack foods. The Chiang Kai Shek memorial was also near-by. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted me with luggage storage and taxi bookings.

Cons:

I think the breakfast buffet could be improved if food were kept a bit hotter. Some foods became lukewarm early in the serving period. Also, I would have really enjoyed English black tea and full cream milk being provided. That said, I appreciated the selection of fresh fruit made available.
