Pros:

A clean, cozy, and recently renovated motel located right on the edge of downtown. A pleasant breakfast is included. It is convenient that checkout is at 12:00 PM—rather than 11:00 AM, as is typical elsewhere. Additionally, even after you check out, you are welcome to continue using their parking lot until the evening.

Nice little hotel downtown, original retro design, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Location, cleanness, design, human size, home made breakfast, outdoor dining space.

Cons:

Air conditioning noisy in our room. Could have more choice for breakfast, but good quality of products which is always nice compared to most of other places.

Staff was snooty - especially front desk when checking out. I expect more friendliness from Hotel staff in Boise. The Housekeeping lady was great! But the rudeness from the front desk really outshined everything else.

Great staff.i forgot my hiking boots in our room, and they were kind enough to locate them and send them back to my home

Pros:

Location, well done (included) breakfast and the bar was definitely a hit.

Cons:

Seemed little overpriced. Another minor issue was totally unhealthy complimentary candy bar couple apples would have been just perfect.
