Great stay!
Pros:

friendly staff and great location - lovely hotel

Cons:

the bathroom sink is round so the water tends to splash out and the shower head keeps moving so hard to keep straight and get under it. But both not really bad issues

Domnul de la recepție s-a răstit la mine în timpul procesului de check-in, spunându-mi că nu este posibil ca garanția să fie plătită în numerar, deși, cu două săptămâni în urmă, când am fost cazat la același hotel, am putut face acest lucru fără nicio problemă.
Saltelele au fost prea moi.
Camerele erau întunecoase și mobilate învechit.

Pros:

La localisation parfaite de l hotel, le gentilesse du personnel avec une lmention speciale a Gul, bonne table. Bref un bel endroit

Cons:

Les chbres du 2eme etage sont un peu trop sombres, l organisation de petit dej est un peu chaotique malgre la gentillesse des 2 jeunes femmes qui ne peuvent se cloner

Nos encantó el hotel, estuvimos súper cómodas, la cama y la ducha fueron excepcionales. También fuimos muy bien recibidas y atendidas en recepción por Gilberto, amable y profesional. Ubicación céntrica ideal.

chambre agréable, chambre courtyard room très calme malgré qu'on soit au centre de Bruxelles ; climatisation efficace ; lit confortable ; bouilloire et machine à café en chambre ; minibar avec jus de fruits et sucreries ; départ jusque 12h ; petit déjeuner jusque 11h ; chaussons et peignoir en chambre

restaurant non climatisé, pas de plat végétarien au restaurant ; l'eau de la douche est bien trop chaude et quand on tente d'avoir de l'eau tiède la température fluctue désagréablement
