we were very happy with the staff and the restaurant.
We didn't like the thick cups to drink out off and we didn't like the heavy bedding. and another comfortable chair would have been nice.
we stayed in room 506 was an amazing room loved everything about it. Nice a large and super quiet which is what we were after. We have stayed in other rooms and this is now our go to room.

Great location. Friendly staff. Hotsprings were so relaxing. We were upgraded which was a nice surprise. The room was massive with brilliant ocean views. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Handy to be near the hot springs.
The parking situation was a little unclear on arrival and I thought it was a bit ordinary to charge guests $10 for underground parking.
On the point , you can walk the coastal tracks to the wharf and beach areas . Enjoyed afew hours at the spa next door highly recommend . Town has some excellent places to eat , “kiosk” on the road in to hotel great spot for a coffee or lunch / breakfast .

No issue during our stay September but In summer parking could be like the hunger games I think searching for a park , but we paid for undercover parking , smaller car recommended as today’s cars bigger than parking bays -.
Just the day spa people use the parking area also , there is public parking area next door .
Again not a complaint
just many towns smaller eating places are closed ( at least in Sept) Mon Tue and also afew Wed . So we were unable to try some interesting menus have to save for next visit
