Modern, clean, central
The windows in the room weren’t very good. We could hear every noise in the street outside
We had my partners 50th birthday party at The Vincent Hotel in Southport. In the lead up to the party we liased with Jolene and Craig. They were professional, warm and helped us create a bespoke birthday party for my partners 50th. The service before, during and after the party was outstanding and a real positive experience was created all around. We were able to decorate the room the day before which was our choice and we were helped by the team then to move furniture and help set up for the party. On the night of the party we were looked after by the room manager Masie who deserves an award for all her care, professionalism and support for me as the toast master of the party. She is a superstar and even helped me when my makeup had gone a bit awry after a few proseccos!!. All the staff were very collaborative, friendly and fabulous and held a professional manner. It felt like a team and we all created the party for 65 guests all together. The food was beautiful and also catered for a few of us who were vegans. We had a welcome reception, speeches, amazing food, flowing drinks, live music and disco into the wee hours. It was such a joyful evening of collaboration and fun. We hired a band called "The Vincent Brothers", John and Paul who were amazing and I highly recommend them also..... After the party in the after care, the staff helped us to store items we had left like presents, candles , etc and helped us the next day. I cannot recommend The Vincent enough and we have lots of lovely memories for ourselves, friends and family. Thank you , blessings Kerrie

Location and facilities
Room was emaculate, and everything we needed,staff very friendly and approachable, excellent location,will definitely stay again 🤗

The Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that the room we had met our expectations.
We ate in the hotel restaurant on two nights and the food was well cooked and delicious.
The room we had whilst meeting our needs didn't have a very good view.
Everything
Hotel parking option is not available after 9pm. The next nearest option was was pay and display close to the hotel or the train station which is 24 hours is about a 6 or 7 minute walk away. Thankfully it was not raining or I'd have been even more disappointed
Very comfortable and large bed, fridge very nice to have especially as it was very hot. Staff were very easy to speak to and helped with queries.
