Our property has a history of more than 130 years, which is reflected in its unique architecture. Due to the building’s structure, our hotel is unfortunately not fully accessible. Access for wheelchair users is limited, as some areas can only be reached via stairs and there is no continuous step-free access throughout the property.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick und Balkon, das war perfekt; die Lage direkt beim Zeller See ist auch hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das personal, insbesondere bei der Rezeption ist einfach perfekt, ich möchte hier auch die junge Frau namens Ana besonders hervor heben, die uns gleich bei der Ankunft am Montag völlig individuell, freundlich und perfekt betreut hat, bitte vor den Vorhang.

The view of the hotel is amazing. The rooms nices but there is no AC and the price is very high comparing to the amount

When making my reservation, I clearly specified that I required accommodation for four adults: two rooms with two adults in each room. Based on the options presented during the booking process, I selected and paid for a suite with two rooms, which reasonably indicated accommodation for four adults.

However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the reservation was only for two guests. The hotel insisted that I pay an additional amount for the other two guests, despite the fact that I had clearly entered the occupancy requirements during the booking process. As a result, I was forced to pay almost double the original booking amount at the last minute, with my family present and no practical alternative available.

Furthermore, the booking appeared as non-refundable at the hotel, despite my understanding that I had selected a refundable option during the reservation process.

I attempted to contact Booking.com immediately for assistance, but I was unable to reach anyone who could resolve the issue. Due to the lack of support and the urgent situation, I had no choice but to pay the additional charges demanded by the hotel.

In total, I ended up paying approximately AED 12,000 for a three-night stay. Considering the condition of the hotel, which was old and not properly maintained or clean, I believe this amount was excessive and unreasonable. While the location was good, the overall quality of the property did not justify the amount charged.

Both the hotel and Booking.com have denied responsibility for this issue. However, the booking process clearly led me to believe that I was reserving accommodation for four adults, and I relied on the information presented during the reservation.

I request a full investigation of this matter, a detailed explanation of how this discrepancy occurred, and appropriate compensation or reimbursement for the additional charges I was forced to pay due to what appears to be a booking system error or misrepresentation.

The rooms is not clean and toilet is dirty although I informed them but still the it was not clean at all ..at last day while leaving the made us to pay additional amount which they call it city cost ..very bad choice

Das Personal war mit ca. 80% schlechten bis kaum der Deutschen Sprache mächtig.
Die Abendgarderobe war durch viele Arabische Urlauber unangemessen. Zum Teil Verschleiert oder teils mit den Fingern gegessen.
Morgens kam in den 3 Tagen ein Gast mit Bademantel zum Frühstück. Bediente sich an der Saftbar und ging. Personal ignorierte die Situation Täglich, oder schaute weg. Geht garnicht bei 400.- Euro die Nacht.
