There isn't anything that I didn't like everything was fine

The check in process was slow.

Booking.com promised me a refund, but I was still charged for all 5 nights — even though the hotel was so disgusting and unsanitary that I couldn’t stay.

I travel a lot for work, and I have never had to leave a hotel early like that. The room was not clean, the shower was filthy, there was sludge around the base of it, and the entire building smelled absolutely awful. To make it worse, the manager was walking around barefoot at the front desk.

The hotel didn’t care, and now it feels like Booking.com doesn’t care either. I should not have been charged for a stay I couldn’t safely or comfortably complete. This place was completely unacceptable, and the way this situation has been handled is beyond frustrating.

Pets are an extra charge of $15, which I kind of expected. What I did not expect was that the hotel wanted to charge me an extra $8 "service fee" that I do not believe was revealed in their description. I showed him I already paid the "Total amount" listed on my receipt, but he continued to insist. Only when I continued to refuse to pay a dishonest, undisclosed charge did he finally relent. I could not recommend this place. The interaction made me very uncomfortable and cast a negative energy over my stay, depriving me of full enjoyment of my stay.

Was double charged through your site, as well as the hotel itself. very poor customer service and would not allow anyone in to the room. the bed was very uncomfortable and the room looked as if it was not cleaned thoroughly. I will be contacting your site, as well as the hotel regarding the payment issue.

Room was clean enough but there were signs that it wasn't the best cleaning. The towels were horrible. Small, thin, and rough on the skin.

There was no turn down service or even clean towels offered on day two.

After paying in advice and reading I would be responsible for a security deposit, that's all I expected. When I arrived (at 130 A.M.) the front desk person told me I had to put a card on file for the deposit, any room charges, and unpaid sur charges. When I informed her I paid and the price was all included except security deposit, she said, "No. You have to pay sur charge." We disagreed and then I had to return to my vehicle to get my phone to PROVE I paid all fees and cost up front. The woman took my phone and even though I gave her my phone with the email already open, she proceeded to go through other emails. Either way, she kept talking under her breath and saying things like, "Oh, No, this is supposed to be 16 and not eight." When I asked what she said, she told me that I was only charges fees for one night not two. Then after some more work on her key board, she looked up at me and said she would have to talk to a manager the next day because it wasn't charged right but she was going to charge me and maybe the manager would fix it the next day. I declined, and told her she can take the security deposit and give me my key, then let the manager figure out how to handle it the next day. She was obviously not willing to do this and I said, "Fine, I'll stay tonight since all fees are paid for tonight and I'll check out in the morning and y'all can refund me the charge for the second day." She proceed to explain her side again and I heard her say it again, "8, not 16" I looked at my girlfriend in shock, then turned back to the front desk worker and asked, "Are you talking about $8? Is that what you mean by 8 not 16?
