Pros:

Location is great
Nice to have a pool and sun lounges on rooftop
Room and bathroom were a good size
Balcony and view were perfect
Drinks at rooftop bar were nice

Cons:

Pool is very small and a bit too chilly
Can’t eat own snacks or drinks on rooftop
Breakfast was a little basic with limited options
Some of the staff were a bit blunt with guests (Bianca on reception was lovely)
Had to pay extra for baby cot - 20 euro per night is expensive

Peaceful elegance in Sorrento.
Pros:

We found this literally as the train was pulling into Sorrento. I am glad that we did. Slightly old world but excellent. Great location. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast. Roof top terrace with a bar, small pool and panoramic views.

Nothing.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect for town and beach/harbour.
All close by were many shops,bars and restaurants

Cons:

The bedroom was comfortable and roomy. Bed uncomfortable. That's the only complaint,which is a minor one

Centrally located, Sorrento gem
Pros:

I wanted a hotel in the centre of everything and this delivered. You are surrounded by restaurants, shops, and the beach is a short walk away. However, the hotel wasn't loud and I didn't feel as though I was in the middle of a busy tourist area. The entrance of the hotel is also tucked down a little street. I also arrived by bus with a big suitcase and it was close enough to the bus stop to walk. Your stay comes with breakfast, and the selection was very decent, with fresh bread, pastries, yoghurt, juice, fruit and more. The hotel also has a rooftop with lounge chairs. The pool is very small but that didn't bother me as I mainly used the rooftop to lounge and read my book. The room was simple but spacious and perfect for what I needed while I was staying in Sorrento.

Pros:

The staff were wonderful, especially Pepe on the roof bar who makes the best cocktails and gives wonderful tips. The view from the roof is out of this world. The rooms are beautiful. The location is perfect. Wish I could stay so much longer.
