Great stay, will be coming back
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach, the main street and good restaurants. All the staff we very helpful and very nice

Good hotel central location
Pros:

Roof top terrace was lovely - great views and wonderful service. Menu reasonable too.

Cons:

The staff were really funny about providing glasses for the room - we were left to drink out of paper cups which feels ridiculous for a 4 star hotel.

dobre śniadanie, doskonała lokalizacja. Uroczy basenik na dachu dał dzieciom wiele radości, a pan obsługujący bardzo miły. Panie bardzo dbają o sprzątanie i estetykę w pokoju. Kameralny spokojny hotelik w idealnym położeniu w centrum miasta.

Cons:

Brak restauracji w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu to dla mnie nowość, ale tuż obok wiele restauracji więc nie był to problem. Panie w recepcji a szczególnie starsza Pani na tarasie zabroniła nam spożywania pizzy , co było nieprzyjemne będąc z dziećmi bez restauracji w hotelu.

Excelente opción en Sorrento
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, las habitaciones son cómodas y la piscina de arriba del hotel le da un plus

Cons:

El comedor para desayunar es pequeño, y a la salida intentaron por error cobrarnos un extra por la cuna que no calcularon bien y hubo que pelear un poco con ellos. Eso no me gustó

Location is key for this property. Walkable to piazza, restaurants, shops and to ferry.

Cons:

Very difficult to find initially. Should provide detailed directions. Rooftop pool is very small.

Great Hotel well positioned, very comfortable, and good value.
Pros:

Guardati hotel was very centrally located in a side road, so it was quiet at night, but a few steps away from the main street. The breakfast was nice. Not fantastic, but ok. not much choice but the products were fresh. Pastries were good. Staff were very obliging and service was great.
The room was great. a long 7sqm balcony overlooked part sea, city, and mountain. very nice to sit there.
Room was comfortable. had a kettle, but no coffee making facilities. Had a minibar which suited our needs.
Aircon worked very well. It was very hot- 33degrees.
Bathroom had a medium sized walkin shower which we both liked. good shower head. soaps, toiletries,
Rooftop terrace was lovely. with a small pool, when you were hot from the day's venturing.
Pepe the terrace bar person was very helpful, knew Sorrento really well, and recommended a few great restaurants which we went to and had good meals. He was very nice man, very friendly and warm, helpful.
We were very satisfied with our stay there and would recommend using the hotel as a base to visit the other parts of Amalfi coast, by train, bus and ferry for day trips.

Cons:

Breakfast could have served better selection of fruits. Selection of breads. Scrambled eggs did not look appetising. Coffee was not so great.

Good spot
Pros:

Only bad thing I can say is about the parking, horrible. The whole area is the same if not worse. The hotel is centrally located smack dab in the middle of everything. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooftop pool area is very relaxing just like the 1st floor living room.
