Warm, friendly atmosphere.
There was an apartment neighbouring my room. Every time they used their water my wall vibrated and had loud noise. This meant the noise happened around 10pm at night and then again around 6am.
Great location, it’s close to public transport, really easy to get around the city from the hotel. The staff are lovely, check in and check out were really easy. The rooms are decorated well and the bed was comfy

Breakfast overpriced and starts at 7, not 6:30 as written on the website.

Персонал очень приветливый и позитивный
Брали номер с опцией завтрака. Завтрак слабоват конечно, не то чтобы было прям не вкусно, скорее «нормально чтобы перекусить». Но если бы я могла поменять свое мнение - я бы не брала завтрак и поела где-то в городе.
Также окна номера выходили на стену соседнего здания (у нас был 4 этаж). Поэтому утром было 100% темно и не было света вообще, но так как мы оставались на 1 ночь, это не сильно было проблемой.

The location is convenient. Right in the middle of Haymarket and shopping areas. All walkable distances.
The lack of attention to details with cleanliness and functional design. Rooms lacked towel hooks. The room we had was Piccolo and it was small. Didn’t get views of anything but a wall from the adjacent building.
