Their use of an AI bot through whatsapp. Under no circumstances do I want to be contacted this way. And after stopping the first conversation, it should NEVER restart it.

Loved the decor and location. Bar and check in staff were excellent. (In particular Raffaello and Clara - exceptional service.) The cleaning team were so happy and lovely as well.
The staff on night shift/ early morning were not very hospitable and was more noticeable due to the exceptional service of the day team. The room is compact so if you are spending a lot of time in the rooms I would size up. Our room was near the lift so was a bit noisy at times so recommend earplugs.

The interior design of the hotel. Location of the hotel is very convenient to access Sydney CBD.
Our shower drain was clogged. We had to wait for the water to go down when we were showering as it was pooling a bit high and it spilled near the sink.
We informed housekeeping about it but it wasn't fixed when we got back.

The features were all so well thought out, the room and bed was comfortable, and the bar staff were *exceptionally* friendly and knowledgable. Love the aesthetic also. Oh and perfect location!
I loved the location. The staff were super friendly. I was allowed to check in early. The hotel smelled great. The room was very clean and very unique and pretty. I loved my stay here, highly recommend this hotel.
