Pros:

Second time staying here in 2 years, location is excellent, clean and fresh throughout. Rooftop restaurant is a lovely location to eat and the food standard has remained very good. New bar is very cool looking and has a gorgeous outdoor seating area. Pool area is tranquil and clean. Lobby is beautiful when you walk in.

Cons:

The bar area while nice lacks a bit of atmosphere, some music would be good there. The TV in our room wasn't great, could do with an upgrade. You pay for water in the restaurant.

I would stay again whenever I’m in Torremolinos.
Pros:

Location was great. Elevator to the beach, plus almost directly across from the train station and plenty of shopping and food located in the area.

Cons:

It’s a bit outdated but it doesn’t take away from the comfort.

Extremely comfortable, clean and friendly
Pros:

Perfectly located with an upper street and lower street (beach level) exit. Short walk to bar areas and restaurants. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Lovely terrace with view for breakfast.

Sehr schöner und kurzweiliger Urlaub
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen bereits seit 8 Jahren in dieses Hotel und werden weiterhin kommen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück fehlen etwas Weichkäse, wie Brie oder Gorgonzola..
Die Butter schmeckt nicht wie Butter, sondern beide schmecken unserer Ansicht nach, wenn auch nach 12 Tagen angeschrieben, wie Margarine..
Die Fruchtsäfte sind leider auch nicht angeschrieben.

Pros:

Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr vielfältig und gross.
Die 3 Kaffeemaschienen waren zu wenig leistungsfähig od. zu wenig betreut,es war immer mindestens 1 wenn nicht 2 davon nicht in Betrieb.
Der Butter war kein Butter auch wnn er so angeschrieben war, es war beides Margeriene!
Es wäre auch sehr hilfreich wen die Säfte angeschrieben wären und man wüsste was in den verschiedenen Karaffen drin ist.
Ansonsten war alles sehr gut👍

Egal welche Zeit wir das Zimmer verliessen, war bei zurückkommen alles perfekt

Ein altes Nostalgie Hotel
Serviert wurde immer mit zurückhaltend Freundlichkeit, es fehlt an Motivation und Herz

Lovely room and hotel close to the beach and main strip. Gorgeous breakfast and lovely bar and terrace at reception, really enjoyed our stay!

Der Standort ist der einzige Pluspunkt

Cons:

Auf Warmwasser wartet man erwig, auf die Aufzüge ewig und drei Tage.
Alles ist alt und stark abgenutzt, im Bad Schimmelbildung.
Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, kein Kosmetikspiegel, keine Kosmetiktücher, kein Haarbalsam.
Wände hellhörig. Wenn der Zimmernachbar schnarcht, hört man alles. Zimmertüren ohne Dichtungen und ständig werden die geknallt. Doppelbett gewünscht, Einzelbetten bekommen.
Liegen ab 10 Uhr verfügbar und ohne Auflagen, balinesische Betten kostenpflichtig. Es werden keine Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Man kann ein Tuch gegen 3,50 Euro pro Tag und das ist eine reine Abzocke für ein Hotel mit angeblich 4 Sternen.
Kein Strandabschnitt.
Beim Frühstück wird selten und langsam nachgefüllt. Melonen, Papaya usw. nicht geschält, damit der Gast ja den Koch die Hälfte der Arbeit abnehmen kann.
Ohne Geburtstag zu haben, wird man mit freiem Getränk zum angeblichen Geburtstag zur Bar geködert - das ist eher schlechtes Marketing und gar keine Kundenbindung.
