We have been to this hotel many times as we love the location and the staff are superb. Great breakfast and dinner food quality is okish.
The pool area is small so when people reserve beds or block beds (by reserving middle two of four) it’s really, really, really annoying. Apparently the reserving of beds is not monitored until mid day when the drinks truck becomes manned. Sorry but the damage is done by then and we are on the beach. We would like to have the choice of pool days as well as beach days but selfish people reserving beds take that choice away from us!
Not sure if we will go back to the Fenix as the edge was taken off from our last visit.
Great hotel. A few minutes walk from the station and the lift access to the beach is amazing. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable for our needs. Drinks reasonably priced at the bar. Perfect venue for our 2 night break to Torremolinos. Would definitely visit again.
Really lovely hotel, rooms are a great size. We booked through Booking.com so got the room below the restaurant next to the loft. We weren’t overly bothered about the noise.
The breakfast staff and bar staff are all very professional and helpful. The breakfast is definitely worth booking, so many options and that kept us full until later in the day each day.
Sun beds are a little cramped, we booked a Balinese bed one day for €25 which came with a choice of cocktails, sangria or cava.
There is a roof top sunbathing area too with a hot tub and shower and toilet facilities. There isn’t much shade up there so that’s for the serious sun bathers.
All in all had the most relaxing time and we'll be returning and going to book directly with the hotel next time.
My feedback is not having a mirror above the dressing table so difficult to style hair on the bathroom or having to sit on the bed to do it in the wardrobe mirror. Also onky 6 clothes hangers in the wardrobe. We could have got more but my husband was happy to keep his clothes in the suitcase.

Los humanos abusamos y solo vemos lo nuestro. Dejar la toalla horas en hamacas y así no me quita nadie esa hamaca. En mi habitación fallaba internet y el wifi
La ubicación es inmejorable tanto para ir a la playa como para estar en el centro del pueblo. El desayuno es increíble de calidad y variedad.
Hay pocas hamacas a la sombra y no está tan nuevo como parece en las fotos pero se está muy a gusto.
Tiene acceso directo a la zona de la playa y a la parte de la ciudad. Cerca de todos los servicios, como cercanías Renfe, Muy cerca de la zona LGTBI
Las cortinas estaban rotas. La habitación necesita una renovación, se ve, antigua y descuidada. Pocas perchas en el armario. El frigorífico era pequeño.
The hotel is built into the hill and you can visit the beach from the ground floor or the city via the upper floor exit.
We did not like the breakfast. Many things are dried out, the buffet seems disorganized.
If you like been near city centre and staff good services especially Jesus ( waiter , bartender) Spanish gentleman and the Argentinian chef (breakfast omelette)make you feel welcomed .

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional.
The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and in the afternoons the hotel's private pool, bar, and Balinese daybeds provide the perfect setting for relaxation. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and the bar is excellent. The terraces offer a wonderful atmosphere for spending enjoyable evenings.
Because of our schedule, we requested an early breakfast several times, and each time the service was outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They did their best to fulfill every small request promptly.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

La fermeture de la piscine tôt contrairement aux autres hôtels, nous sommes uniquement entre adultes et le règlement anti bruit doit être strict. Pour des personnes allergiques au soleil, la piscine en plein soleil ouvre à 10 h et ferme à 18 h en plein soleil. Dommage
