Clean room in excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location and clean room. I was apprehensive about the shared bathroom but I never had to wait - also really appreciated the carry bag with towels and slippers.

Cons:

Some of the bathroom fittings were a little worn. I could hear adjoining rooms.

Great stay in a great location
Pros:

Location, very clean. Very nice service.

Cons:

Bathroom outside the bedroom. Size of the room very small. You can’t open 2 luggages at the same time.

LIked the location, hotel fell short in some key respects.
Pros:

I liked the cool design. The cleaners were very active in checking the shared bathrooms. The front desk were friendly and helped where needed.

Cons:

Nice location, but main complaint is the extremely high price charged for a room with no bathroom - it just wasn't justified. There would be some easy fixes with the bathroom experience - provide gowns to go down the corridor, and bathmats as each shower I had to use my hand towel on the floor so I wasn't standing in puddles of water when I came out.
Rooms are not particularly insulated so noise could be heard. Felt embarassed when I tried to take a leftover glass of wine with me from the hotel restaurant to sit and read in reception after we had finished and was banned and made to sit alone in a noisy party environment cradling my wine, then given a huge plastic beaker to take it out when I complained. Gym was nice, but a single running machine so there is a queue and no space for more than one to do mat work or lifting.They have installed a trendy coffee shop in reception, but service was slow on the first day and they had run out of food. On the second day it didn't open at the advertised time, so I didn't get my 7am coffee before heading out for the day. Feels like the place needs more active management with operations and introduce more obsession with detail.

Perfect for a couple of nights as a tourist
Pros:

Location was good, shower nice. Walkable to main centres - lovely breakfast place nearby.

Cons:

No housekeeping - bed a bit weird - right next to a wall and boxed in - partner had to perform gymnastics to get up in the night to use the bathroom - no ice machine available - nowhere to relax in the room - quite utilitarian.

Great location near downtown Boston
Pros:

The location is fantastic! The bed is also really large and comfortable with soft sheets. Staff is friendly. Even though the room is a bit small, I felt it was reasonable for one night and I had enough space to lay out my suitcase and clothes. I had no issue with noise. The shared bathrooms were really clean and not annoying at all.
Really the location is awesome - 10-15 min walk to Copley Square, the Common, and multiple T lines, plus near Back Bay Station is a plus. Honestly the hotel was clean, comfortable, and I felt a good value for Boston.

Cons:

The room had a little bit of a smell to it and I needed to air it out, but it was ok after a few hours.

Good location, cool hotel, but small rooms and quite noisy.
Pros:

Location was good, near to Back Bay station and round the corner from done lovely bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The room we had was very small, and when we checked in the receptionist told us she was putting us on the top floor and down the end of the hall for a quieter experience, there really is very poor sound proofing in the hotel. We could hear people accessing their rooms all night.

Good location, clean room with a big bed. Room needs a desk. Value: a little pricey but OK
Pros:

Great location, cool building. Good to have a gym available although I was not there long enough to use it

Cons:

Room was a little small and no desk to work at - but that's acceptable due to location. Maybe +$300 is a little high for the room

Great location for exploring Boston. Comfy beds.
