The staff on the front desk was really impatient and unprofessional. He arranged a weird room type for me, which is different from what I booked. But when I want to change the room and discuss with him, he does not seem to want to change and doesn't give me a reaction. I kept waiting there and insisted on changing back to the room type that I booked, he finally changed it and seems with anger.
The room was clean, but the window was dusty.

We always stay at the Revolution house for friends trip
Pros:

Love the location and the rooms! Great for a group of friends. The shared bathrooms are kept clean and make it easy for everyone get ready at the same time. Great Mexican restaurant on the premises.

Pros:

Location is great. Easy walk to Back Bay Station, Downtown Crossing, and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, spacious and quiet.

I enjoyed its location and surrounding neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and
helpful.

Cons:

Noisy. Noisy. Noisy. Noise from lobby and street. Mold in mezzanine-level shower, and room was ridiculously tiny. Moved to 2nd level room. Room much bigger, but noise from doors constantly opening and closing outside was annoying. Maybe it was a stairway door? …could never figure that out. Also room was never cleaned.

Best price and accommodation for the location
Pros:

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and accommodating with a great setup for a small space (benches with storage and a desk). The hotel was sold out and there was never a time that a bathroom was not clean and available.

Cons:

I would recommend bringing flip flops or slippers for the bathroom. They provide paper ones but they are not great.

Un buen lugar para quedarse
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, hay paradas del metro a no más de 10 minutos caminando que te llevan a todas partes, el barrio está tranquilo, el café del hotel muy rico, los cuartos cómodos y a unas cuadras está un lugar con muy ricos desayunos to-go

Cons:

No sabía que la regadera estaba pegada al wc sin separación, obliga al huésped a traer chanclas o tener toallas extras diario
