Excelente ubicación para visitar el centro de Boston
Pros:

Ubicación, a pocos minutos caminando de la parada del Logan Express Back Bay que te lleva gratis desde el aeropuerto, la atención del personal, había un chico español muy amable, de León, que nos hizo recomendaciones para pasear por la ciudad, los baños compartidos siempre limpios, el restaurante del hotel, las vistas desde la habitación.

Cons:

Llevábamos maletas de cabina pero si hubieran sido grandes el espacio en la habitación es muy justo. Por el precio podrían incluir al menos el desayuno.

Good Location, but the Room Was Far Too Small
Pros:

The reception area was pleasant, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The location was also very good, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

However, the room was far too small for two people, with very limited space to move around or store luggage and clothes. The bed was also uncomfortable. Some of the electrical outlets did not work, and our room was not cleaned at any point during our four-night stay. At night, we could hear water moving through the pipes, as well as another recurring mechanical noise similar to an electric toothbrush.

The shower itself was fine, but the bathroom layout was extremely cramped. I had to close the shower door before I could open the bathroom door. The toilet’s automatic flush sensor also activated repeatedly while I was drying myself, so I had to cover the sensor temporarily.

Considering the room size, lack of storage, uncomfortable bed, nighttime noise, absence of housekeeping and maintenance issues, I did not feel the stay offered good value for the price. I would not choose to stay here again.

Underwhelming at best. Also got charged for incidentals that weren’t credited back.
Pros:

The decorations were cool downstairs.

Cons:

No bathrooms in room, location wasn’t great, some staff was friendly and some were not, extremely disappointed in what I paid for what we got.
