I can’t wait to return!!
Pros:

I received a warm, genuine welcome and review of the amenities. The two staff members at the front desk were kind and helpful. The room was as expected with a super comfy bed and pillows, kudos on the soft cotton hand-loomed blanket! I loved the idea of a tote with robe, towels, etc. The shared bathroom was squeaky clean and I never saw anyone else. The location is prime and reasonably priced parking at 100 Clarendon was appreciated. I will definitely stay again. To find a hotel of this caliber in downtown Boston for under $200/night is exceptional!

Cons:

My room was on the side of the building with a popular Mexican restaurant with a patio on the ground level. The music/voice level was a little high but ended by 11 .

Pros:

Schone toiletten en douches. Prettige medewerkers van het hotel en goede ligging.

Cons:

Wat beter had gekund; toiletbrillen veranderen naar soft touch. Zodat de bril niet omlaag valt. Ik zat tegenover de toiletten en hoorde vaak de bril vallen waardoor je wakker kunt worden.

Pros:

Loved it and it was unexpected! Flooding in Boston caused us to need an extra night and I booked on the fly! So happy I did , would go back again.
