-Les chambres étaient usées. Le plancher égratigné... Le mur percé à certains endroits. La barrure sur la porte de la salle de bain était brisée. Un peu vieillot comme hotel pour se réclamer 4 étoiles.

Se nos dió una suite premium como upgrade, pero la verdad es que entre una cucaracha gigante, una nevera con un charco de agua y pitidos en el aire aconsicionado…
La limpieza de habitaciones la hacen de 14 a 17,30 horas así que muchos días no nos han limpiado porque estábamos descansando y/o duchandonos y algún día que no estábamos tampoco entraron, las instalaciones comunes tampoco están muy limpias, el somier del sofá cama estaba roto, nos salió por la ducha una cucaracha muy grande, en fin, una pena porque es bonito pero se está muy mal si no te limpian, hemos tenido que pedir papel higiénico en la recepción etc
Divino el lugar la pileta la atención hasta los dieron trago de bienvenida

Could be more variety of cereal for breakfast, not sure why there was music playing from.08:00 to 23:00.
