Prezzo elevato ma esperienza deludente
Pros:

La vista dalla struttura era davvero splendida ed è stata senza dubbio l'aspetto migliore del soggiorno.
Gli spazi dell'appartamento erano ampi e avrebbero consentito una gestione più comoda degli ospiti.

Cons:

La colazione è stata molto deludente: poca scelta, prodotti di qualità mediocre e decisamente non all'altezza del livello e del costo della struttura.

La struttura è chiaramente pensata per una clientela americana, con servizi e organizzazione che non sempre rispondono alle aspettative di altri viaggiatori.

Avevamo prenotato e pagato per tre persone. Nonostante ci fosse spazio sufficiente per un vero terzo letto nel soggiorno, è stato predisposto soltanto un divano letto che dovevamo aprire e chiudere autonomamente ogni giorno. Considerando il costo elevato del posto letto aggiuntivo, ci saremmo aspettati una soluzione più adeguata.

Il servizio di pulizia è risultato poco attento: gli asciugamani venivano ritirati anche quando non erano stati lasciati a terra per la sostituzione, ma spesso non venivano rimpiazzati. In un'occasione mi sono trovata costretta a utilizzare gli asciugamani di altre persone dopo la doccia.

La sala giochi era interamente a pagamento. Considerando il prezzo della struttura, mi sarei aspettata che almeno parte delle attività fosse inclusa nel soggiorno.

Anche l'accesso alla palestra è stato inutilmente complicato e poco intuitivo, rendendo difficile usufruire di un servizio che dovrebbe essere facilmente disponibile agli ospiti.

Boa, podia ter sido melhor se o hotel tivesse mais tacto na escolha do quarto.
Pros:

Do local em si, apesar de ser muito grande e para chegar ao quarto era necessário andar muito. De reto, as pessoas, atendimento foram excelentes e o momento de lazer na piscina, que é bastante relaxante

Cons:

Vizinhos barulhentos. Não faz sentido colocar uma família junto a 3 quartos de miudos ingleses de férias. Isso foi particularmente desapontante pois fizeram demaisado barulho, da 00h às 04h da manhã

Nice accommodation but could do with some updating
Pros:

Layout was comfortable
Nice size room, bathroom and balcony area
Amenities in room were very good
Location was within walking distance to the beach and city center
Friendly staff who were happy to help

Cons:

Appeared dated in places such as the pool area and pool itself could do with some tlc.
Food was exactly the same every morning for breakfast. Not a lot of flavour but decent selection. Very repetitive when staying a week.
The same plastic cup was in the outer stairwell for a full week.

Lage zur Innenstadt. Freundliches Personal. Poolanlage in Ordnung.

Cons:

Premium Zimmer mit Poolblick war ein düsteres Kellerloch. Frühstück für 4 Sterne qualitativ nicht in Ordnung. Laute Kantinen Atmosphäre.
Wenn man Auto in Garage abstellt muss man sich durchs Betonlabyrinth arbeiten um zum Zimmer zu gelangen. Max. 3 Sterne.

snídaně kontinentální, slušný výběr, při pěkném počasí můžete sedět na velké terase u bazénu. Od hotelu kousek pěšky do centra města. Parkování možné jen v placené garáži. Hotelový komplex má dva bazény, dostatek lehátek

Cons:

As escadas no estacionamento para subir ao quarto, por causa das malas. Meu cartão de acesso ao estacionamento nunca funcionou...Tinha que ficar solicitando a abertura do portão.

Nice Clean Hotel al little way out of town but the food and dining areas need some work
Pros:

Room was clean and large - comfortable

Cons:

I disliked the food and the eating area. The night I arrived I went to the poolside to get something to eat. I ordered the Nicoise Salad. The portion and quality was poor. The dining area is also very bland. The breakfast next day was chaotic and like being at school. poorly laid out and people queuing for coffee machine. The entrance area of tehe hotel is a little bland.
