Tolle Lage mit Meerblick
Unser Zimmer war groß. Von der Ausstattung her hat alles gepasst, Dusche war in Verbindung mit Badewanne.
Vom Balkon gibt es einen schönen Blick auf die Adria und tolle Sonnenuntergänge.
Das Wasser der Adria ist super sauber, es gibt ausreichend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme.
Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ist einfach nur top.
Wartezeit der Getränkebestellung zum Abendessen.

The hotel rooms were very nice, modern and very clean with great sea view and short walk to the pretty village of Piran. We had breakfast included and it was excellent, a lot of choice. Very nice spa and indoor pool facilities and a well equipped gym (although 9am opening for the gym is a bit late). Seafront location with easy entry to the water via steps and two lifeguards on duty.
Unfortunately the whole stay was disturbed by a sala dance convention which dominated the beach area with loud music from around 2pm to midnight every day and some days made worse by the organisers shouting into a microphone. If hotels are going to host such events they should inform other guests so they can make an informed decision about whether to book. After a few days I complained to the management and the hotel apologized and acknowledged the inconvenience and disturbance with a 10% discount, and whilst appreciated, it did not make up for the loud music and disturbance in what I expected to be a relaxing 5 star resort.
The beach area was heavily oversubscribed with an unpleasant morning rush to get towels and a sunbed, people often queuing at 8am and others going down even earlier from 6.30/7.00 to leave their own towels, not really what you’d expect in a 5 star resort. There is a VIP area for which you can pay an additional €25 per person per day to guarantee a sunbed and umbrella but the area was also disturbed by the salsa dancers music.
Checkout was also not great, despite request for assistance from the room with luggage, nobody came to help so we had to make two trips for ourselves. The hotel does not accept AMEX, so be aware of this otherwise you’ll have difficulty to pay. Additionally, the hotel charge €7.50 registration fee (not connected at all to the city tax which is separate and clear when booking), apparently a few charged by the hotel company chain for registering the guests. A small amount but not expected in a 5 star hotel considering the price of the room.

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Meer. Kurzer Weg nach Piran.
Zimmer in der 9.Etagge hatte einen tollen Ausblick.
Essen am Abend war leider immer nur lauwarm.
Im Hotel war die gesamte Zeit ein Salsa Workshop, dass hieß für alle anderen Gäste, laute Musik am Abend bis in die Nacht , ob man es hören wollte oder nicht.
Bei Buchung muß man sich scheinbar vorher erkundigen, ob man dort in Ruhe Urlaub machen kann.

Na izbe mala klimatizácia slabý výkon
Výber jedál bol výborný, či už na raňajky alebo na večeru. Lokalita je tiež výborná (medzi mestami Portorož a Piran - do mesta Piran premáva mikrobus za 1 euro). Vždy sme si vedeli nájsť aj lehátka a slnečníkyy nám na požiadanie doniesli.
