Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in bester Lage. Die Mitnahme unseres Hundes war völlig unkompliziert und herzlich willkommen. Dank der sehr zentralen Lage konnten wir in die Stadt spazieren. Das Frühstücks- udn Abendbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen Speisen. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Indoorpool im Hotel und die Wohlfühloase mit mehreren Pools, der durch die Kooperation mit dem nahegelegenen Hotel ebenfalls genutzt werden konnte. Der atemberaubende Ausblick auf Strand und Meer, der sogar aus dem Aufzug zu genießen war, machte den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Von der Buchung über den Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise verlief alles reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und haben gleich wieder gebucht

J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue mer. À mon arrivée, j’ai été installé au premier étage avec une vue principalement obstruée par les arbres. Il fallait littéralement se lever pour apercevoir la mer, ce qui ne correspond ni à mes attentes ni aux photos présentées lors de la réservation.

J’ai également constaté plusieurs problèmes d’entretien : présence de moisissures dans la salle de bain, support de douche cassé, terrasse sale et manque général de suivi de la maintenance. À cela s’ajoute le store extérieur du balcon voisin, complètement décroché, ce qui renforce l’impression de négligence.

Compte tenu du tarif demandé, le niveau de prestation est clairement en dessous des standards attendus.

Il existe à Portoroz plusieurs établissements offrant une qualité nettement supérieure pour un prix comparable.

Je suis également surpris que ce soit au client de signaler des problèmes aussi visibles. Un simple contrôle régulier de la part du management permettrait d’identifier et de corriger ces défauts avant l’arrivée des clients.

C’est regrettable, car l’établissement dispose d’un bon potentiel, mais l’entretien et le contrôle qualité ne sont manifestement pas à la hauteur du prix pratiqué..

Je tiens également à préciser que j'ai refusé le geste commercial de 5 % qui m'a été proposé.

Mon objectif n'était pas d'obtenir une réduction de prix, mais simplement de bénéficier d'une prestation conforme à celle annoncée lors de la réservation et au tarif demandé.

Cette remarque a pour seul but d'attirer l'attention de la direction sur des points qui pourraient être facilement corrigés par un contrôle qualité plus rigoureux.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, insbesondere wenn ein Zustellbett aufgestellt wird. Zudem hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer, was uns sehr gestört hat – sie waren wirklich überall. Für den Preis und für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet. Ansonsten waren das Frühstück gut, das Personal freundlich und Strand sowie Wasserqualität hervorragend.
