Eein empfehlenswertes Hotel wo sich der Gast wie Zuhause fühlt.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Wurde eines morgens um 07.00 Uhr von Bauarbeiten etwa 400 Meter vom Hotel entfernt vom Schlaf aufgeweckt.
Während des ganzen viertägigen Aufenthaltes sah ich vom Strand aus wie grosse Staubwolken durch diese Baustelle entstanden.
Man hätte diesen Staub mit Wasserschlauch tief halten können. Als Hotelgast möchte man reine Meerluft einatmen und nicht verschmutzte Luft.
Ich hoffe nächstes Mal sind diese Arbeiten vorbei.

Um 14.30 konnten wir nicht mehr auf das Zimmer weil die Karte nicht mehr aktiv war Gut das das sehr nette und gute Reinigungspetsonsl uns die Zimmer für das zusammenpacken geöffnet hat .Es hat alles doch funktioniert

A wonderful relaxing 6 nights at a fabulous hotel
Pros:

Our room was lovely - all of the staff at the hotel were really helpful - the beach was also perfect.
We visited all of the restaurants at the hotel and all of them were really good.
Would highly recommend

Geen vijfsterrenhotel, slecht ontbijt en bizare prijzen.

Behalve de locatie en het vriendelijke personeel is er weinig positiefs te zeggen over dit hotel. Absoluut geen vijfsterrenervaring en de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is zeer slecht.

Het ontbijt is matig met weinig keuze. Op het privéstrand betaal je als hotelgast voor de betere rijen alsnog €150–€180 per bedje per dag. Pas vanaf ongeveer de vijfde rij zijn de bedjes inbegrepen. Een cabana kost circa €180.

Ook het eten is buitensporig duur en kwalitatief slecht: €48 voor een matige diepvriesburger en €8 voor een cola.

Hoge prijzen zijn prima als daar vijfsterrenkwaliteit tegenover staat, maar dat is hier absoluut niet het geval. Wij hebben nog nooit meegemaakt dat je bij een hotel in deze prijsklasse zulke bedragen extra moet betalen voor een strandbedje.

Mooie locatie en vriendelijk personeel, maar voor ons zeker geen vijf sterren en absoluut niet de prijs waard.

Pros:

Bedrooms are comfortable; same like beds. Perfect size for a stay.

Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are welcoming, friendly, and genuinely willing to help, with the exception of the service at the beach club.

Baha especially stood out. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely cared about assisting us with whatever we needed. His excellent service made a real difference to our overall experience at the hotel.

Cons:

The room AC does not cool sufficiently and is below what you would expect from a five-star hotel. A portable AC unit was provided, which helped somewhat but was quite noisy. This is an issue that needs to be properly addressed, especially considering the hotel’s pricing.

The beach itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the beach club service was very poor. The call button was often unanswered, orders took a long time, and the food was mediocre and sometimes not prepared as requested. I was told that on some days there was only one waiter serving dozens of sunbeds, which may explain the problem. Given that the beach is one of the hotel’s main attractions, the service and food quality there should be significantly better.

Breakfast service was much better, with plenty of helpful staff. However, despite breakfast being included, certain basic additions such as mixed berries were charged separately at €20, which felt excessive.

The gym has good resistance machines, although a cable machine would be a useful addition. The cardio equipment could be better, and most importantly, there is no AC in the gymonly fans,which is not appropriate for a five-star hotel.
