Great family friendly resort
Pros:

Spacious clean room, great swimming pool and the beach, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with a lot of options.

Cons:

Overpriced dinner buffet, the quality of it didn’t match the price.

Um hotel com potencial, mas que está muito abaixo do que se espera ! Definitivamente não vale a pena !
Pros:

A localização em Porto Rotondo, que tem um centrinho super interessante.
A estrutura de praia, que é linda.
A simpatia dos funcionários.
No check out, o hotel oferece por 30 min um courtesy room para você tomar banho, se trocar antes de ir ao aeroporto.

Cons:

- após 23h, todos os bares do hotel fechados. Uma noite linda na Sardenha, e você não tem um único bar aberto num hotel supostamente 5 estrelas.
- o atendimento no Restaurante Trattoria del Pescatore pelos recepcionistas. Péssimo. Com mesas vazias, te deixam esperando 30/40 min, e após esse tempo te colocam nessas mesas vazias. Com o restaurante ainda aberto e pessoas comendo, começam a juntar as almofadas, retirar mesas e cadeiras etc.
- você paga uma diária bastante elevada (hotel 5 estrelas), e lá cobram extras como uma simples panqueca no café da manhã. Drinks extremamente caros no hotel. Mais caro que qualquer restaurante na Sardenha. Você se sente usado!

Pros:

Everything! This is my 2nd review since I had 2 rooms booked. Property is amazing & the location was perfect. Breakfast every morning was outstanding. We were all so spoiled!

Cons:

There is nothing not to like. This property along with all of it's staff is amazing.

Pros:

Loved how genuine the entire staff was to make certain that their guests were happy and very well taken care off. They were all so pleasant and happy that after a day out we felt like we were being welcomed back by family. Truly one of the best experiences we have had. Breakfast was outstanding everyday. We were truly spoiled in every single way! We are looking forward to coming back

Amazing Resort in Sardinian Paradise
Pros:

You’re in paradise. The gulf water is as clear as the pool water. The staff go above and beyond. The rooms are very comfortable and the property is spacious. The bartenders and wait staff were some of the best I’ve encountered. Truly great service.

Cons:

The staff overall were amazing but there’s always one that spoils it. There was one staff member, she may have been a manager near the concierge desk, at the very end of my trip that I approached with an issue. It was apparent that a taxi that was to be arranged for a certain time hadn’t been. Instead of just admitting that a taxi hadn’t been ordered and apologizing for the oversight, she danced around the issue and gave a bit of an attitude in the process. We ended up leaving 20 minutes late but made it to the destination without issue. Minor problem overall but surprising that this one encounter was so different from the rest of the top notch staff.

Need king pillows for king beds and the restaurant and bar pricing is excessive. I would try and vrbo a home before I book here again.

This hotel is amazing! They put so much effort into keeping everything spotless and making sure every single guest is happy. The breakfast is great and comes with excellent coffee options. Plus, the staff are super friendly.The private beach is a huge highlight. The sunbeds are incredibly comfy, and the staff keep non-guests out of the area. Beaches in Sardinia get packed, but staying here means you always get a sunbed and some privacy. It makes the whole experience feel unique and totally worth the money.On our last day, our flight wasn't until late in the evening. They let us hang out at the hotel and even gave us a guest room to shower after the beach. It was the perfect, welcoming way to finish our trip!

Cons:

It’s really hard to find anything to complain about! Other reviews mentioned that the food and drinks are a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for if you want that exclusive, unique vibe.If I had to suggest one thing, it would be putting a water pitcher in the lobby. The island gets incredibly hot, and having water handy while waiting for a taxi would be amazing. Otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect!

The staff were wonderful and the hotel and grounds were top notch. Highly recommend a stay here.

It is beautiful and has a gorgeous pool and beach club

Cons:

Only problem was that the restaurants had a price fix meal for all dinners. There was no casual spot to order a burger or pizza at night.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit fijne resort, graag komen wij nog eens terug!
Pros:

Het algehele plaatje! De luxe schone kamers en de voorzieningen zijn allemaal goed voor elkaar. Het ontbijt is uitzonderlijk goed. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze zetten graag een stapje extra.

Cons:

Helaas ging er bij ons het een en ander mis in de communicatie met de receptie over onze betaling en over ons ontbijt op de dag van vertrek. Het was erg onduidelijk en ze kwamen er zelf niet goed uit bij de receptie.
