Het hotel viel helaas erg tegen. Van een 4-sterrenhotel hadden wij echt veel meer verwacht. Naar onze mening is dit hotel de vier sterren absoluut niet waard.
De kamer was stoffig en niet goed schoongemaakt. Ook het toilet was duidelijk aan vervanging toe en zat vol met vlekken, wat een onverzorgde indruk gaf.
Ook het ontbijt stelde teleur. Het meest schokkende was dat we zelfs een kakkerlak zagen rondlopen in de buurt van het ontbijtbuffet. Dat vinden wij zeker in een 4-sterrenhotel onacceptabel en gaf ons een erg onhygiënisch gevoel.
Al met al een zeer teleurstellend verblijf en helaas niet wat je van een hotel in deze categorie mag verwachten.
Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, bardzo dobre śniadania. Dawno nie widziałem tak szybkiego Internetu hotelowego :)

This place is wonderful, very clean, and in the best location. The staff are amazing, especially Veira.
I forgot my phone in the taxi when we arrived, and Veira went above and beyond to help us find the driver. She also helped us communicate despite the language barrier.
I can't fully explain how stressful the situation was, but she handled everything calmly and solved the problem quickly. Thanks to her help, I was able to get my phone back.
The property itself was excellent.
La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de málaga, cerca de todo, los desayunos era lo mejor con mucha variedad y muy ricos y las habitaciones son súper espaciosas, sobre todo el baño que el de nosotros tenía hasta balcón y muy bonitas. Sin duda voy a volver.

Ubicación inmejorable y el.trato del personal todos en el general muy amables , mi marido cumplió años durante la estancia y en el desayuno le trajeron un brownie con una velita y le.cantaron el feliz cumpleaños.
Las instalaciones no van acordé a un 4estrellas y el precio, a mí cama le sonaba todo cuando me giraba. Por lo demás todo correcto.

Rooftop terrace
We had two rooms, rooftop and standard double. The standard double stank of urine after being cleaned and even though doors kept open it wouldn’t go away! Bathroom was fine.
Ubicado en el centro y puedes ir a la playa dando un paseo de unos 15/20 minutos.
La habitación estaba bien y el desayuno buffet también
