NH Imperial Playa
Pros:

I stayed at the NH Imperial Playa in Gran Canaria this week. The hotel’s location is definitely its strongest point, right on the beachfront and very convenient for walking around Las Palmas. It’s a great base if you want easy access to the city and the sea.
That said, the overall experience was mixed. The room felt quite basic and, in particular, very dark, which made it less comfortable than expected. The bathroom could also be improved, as there was a noticeable smell coming from the pipes.
Service was fine and everything worked as expected, but nothing really stood out. Overall, it’s a decent option mainly for its location, but there’s room for improvement in terms of comfort and maintenance.

CUMPLIÓ MIS EXPECTATIVAS
Pros:

Que en el baño hubiera un plato de ducha en lugar de esas bañeras que resbalan y están muy altas para su acceso.
Posibilidad de aparcar en la calle, así como la opción de un parking público con acceso al hotel.

Cons:

Basic stuff, while travelling for work every week I want to have a kettle and and iron in the room as minimum. They don't have either!
