Pros:

Clean safe quiet
Pros:

Was recommended by a retired NYPD detective for us as a single mom with kid. Room was clean. Check in people were lovely and very helpful. Very quiet location, safe and easy to get to. Breakfast was varied and fresh, my kiddo enjoyed every bite. We were in town for family event. Was worth staying in staten island and driving into Brooklyn for the events.

Cons:

Hallways should have been vacuumed, check out is at 11 check in is at 4 we got there 5ish and they were not clean. Also no do not disturb for the door and someone went in the room to clean, wasnt needed or wanted, i didn't like that my kiddo was a bit freaked out. They did good job but, I like to know when someone will be in my space.

Pros:

The excellent reception and help by the front desk, I arrived on Thursday an as I was checking in, I realized I forgot my phone in the taxi, needless to say to say the did everything possible to try and retrieve it, in addition breakfast was great

It was a fair stay the beds are not the best but it made do because it was for only 2 nights
Pros:

The breakfast options were not the best and neither were the coffee options but he cleaning staff was super friendly and housekeeper Luisa Barry was more than happy to bring us an extra towels, and a smile.

Cons:

I didn't like the handicap..the room they put us in the walls were broken wall paper was falling apart wind there were black spots
