Pros:

Staff is polite and conscientious.

Cons:

The bathroom has two shower stalls, one for normal guest and the other for disabled guest. configure with two shower heads. It is confusing and the guests do not know how to use them. The drain in the normal stall did not work and guests had to use the stall for disabled customer. The staff offer to change room but we decided that it is too much work for a two night stay and just compromise by using the disable stall to shower. It is uncomfortable and inconvenient.

they have bad room service, and the breakfast space was quite dirty, we had been in other Hampton Inn and it was much cleaner, it is a pitty, this is something that can improve easily

Aus meiner Sicht nicht zu empfehlen.
Cons:

Im Badezimmer waren noch Haare von unseren Vorgängern. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde überhaupt keine Zimmerreinigung durchgeführt
Unser Zimmer war in Richtung Highway gelegen. Trotz geschlossener Fenster hatte man das Gefühl, auf einer Rennstrecke zu liegen.
