Breakfast was good just needs more food

The door chain was broken off. There were a pair of fake eye lashes stuck to the lamp shade, the room needs to be updated. There was an office chair but no desk. The internet was fair.

The bed looked like a 2 year old made it it looked like shit stains on the sheets the TV remote didn't work I had to go to front desk and get a new one

The place looked unsafe with broken power points. The room wasn't clean, the floors were dirty, The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The laundry was dirty and only 1 machine worked. The breakfast room was average, the breakfast time was 6am to 9am. The cleaners came in and started packing up the breakfast at 8.30am and didn't give any warning that they were doing it.

Breakfast – Extremely disappointing.
The breakfast offered was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They only provided cereal with a small amount of milk, basic coffee with no milk available, and no drinking water at all—the vending machine even displayed “not working” for the water option. There was just one type of bread, which seemed old and possibly spoiled. No fruits, no eggs, nothing resembling a proper breakfast. After experiencing this on the first day, I chose not to return for breakfast for the rest of my stay, even though I had already paid for it.

Poor safety.
My room was in Building B, right next to the road, with no fence or barrier—anyone passing by could easily access the area. Every night, random people would come and knock on the door, sometimes multiple times, which was frightening and made me feel unsafe. It’s a terrible environment to stay in.

Unprofessional staff.
The staff’s behavior and attitude were far from professional.

No me gustó nada. Al ver las puntuaciones y comentarios de la gente sabía que podía encontrarme un hotel de baja calidad, pero de verdad que aún así me sorprendió negativamente. Porque digamos que el precio pagado no es un regalo.

Para empezar se ve que el alojamiento es viejo, aunque eso no es un problema si estuviera bien mantenido. Los accesos a las habitaciones son difíciles y están poco cuidados. El desayuno es bastante escaso.

La habitación que nos dieron no era ni parecido a lo que ellos muestran en sus fotos. Cuando entramos a la habitación, olía muy muy mal. Se notaba que habían estado fumando en ella, de por sí, las paredes estaban amarillentas muy probablemente del humo. En general la habitación estaba bastante sucia. Manchas en el suelo y trozos de comida pegados en las paredes. La cerradura de la puerta estaba rota. Las sábanas tenían manchas (prefiero no saber de qué).

La gente que se veía alrededor del hotel hacía sentir bastante inseguridad. Es de largo el peor hotel en el que me he alojado nunca.
