Nice room, lousy service, no sleep.

Shuttle service. coffee nook. Day shift personnel were very good.

Cons:

The night shift lady was rude and failed to respond to our issue. People in the room next to us were very noisy. They continued this until 2:30 am. I complained at 11:30, again at 12:30 then the last time at 2:00 am. The last time the desk women told me she couldn't' here anything. The room next to us was slamming doors and yelling. We were near the pool but closes at 11. If it was coming from the pool after 11 then that was unexceptable.We had a 5:20 shuttle so we only got about 2 hours of sleep.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that my family and I had to wait for an hour to receive a shuttle back to the hotel. There was unclear/misleading instructions on how to get transportation back from the Mall.

I called the front desk for a wake up call at 5am. for my early flight 6/7. I called front desk 9pm on 6/6 spo

Clean & easy access to the airport

Cons:

The front desk on 7/7 was so nasty when I told her my complaint about the wake up call. I don’t think that’s the proper way to handle the situation.

Our room was great, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
Pros:

We had an early flight so we did not get to eat breakfast, but it would have been nice to have some fruit or breakfast bars available. Our room was lovely. It was a nice big king room with lots of space.

Cons:

The only thing that I saw that needed improvement in the room was the bathroom floor tile. There was cracked tiles that were wobbly when you stepped on them.

Comfortable & Convenient, But Needs Some Work
Pros:

Our suite was a lot larger than expected, for the price we paid. This was very much appreciated, as we had a rambunctious 4 year old with us.

Cons:

The carpet in our room had two sticky spots. To avoid stepping on them, we put the two tiny trash cans on them, and had to walk around them.
The bathroom had a broken tile on the floor, near the center of the room. The sharp edges had been covered with clear silicone to prevent an injury, as the sharp edges were not level to the rest of the floor. Hopefully this was a short-term, temporary fix…
As this was a suite, it would have been nice to have a roll of paper towels or a few eating utensils, given the large amount of cabinet / countertop space and large sink in the kitchenette.

Nice stay
Pros:

The bed, sheets and pillows were fabulous. The curtain shade was wonderful. Clean and lovely. Breakfast ver nice and all kinds of choices

Cons:

Tv didn't work. Staff came and got it started but then it stopped.

The proximity to the mall of America was exactly what we were looking for. The queen beds

Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the food and the location.

Cons:

Although it said free parking in several places on the website, we were told there was a new policy started June 9 and charged us $15 each for 2 cars to park overnight. Several of the tiles on the bathroom floor were loose, just laying in place. The bathroom light fixture was broken, a hole in the glass globe. The sleeper sofa was bent and terribly uncomfortable.
