La ubicación y las instalaciones.

Cons:

El restaurante, cenamos una noche, la cerveza caliente la pasta fría con el bacon quemado, y tardaron bastante en traerlo. Eso sí, la carne que pidió mi hijo muy buena.
Y otro día pedimos una pizza al servicio de habitaciones y estaba muy buena.

Een ideale locatie en netjes en schoon met vriendelijke personeel.
Pros:

Het was een ideale plek in het centrum van londen en dichtbij het ov. We zaten op de 11e etage en helemaal geen last van lawaai buiten.

Brilliant birthday treat!
Pros:

The room was brilliant, quiet and very comfortable with a fantastic view of the London Eye. The food at breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There was always a long wait for lifts! Breakfast needed to be in a bigger room, it was chaotic.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city action but a little over priced
Pros:

Check in staff were amazing and made checking in fast and easy. Location was perfect for our visit as it was close to transport and major attractions. The baggage hold area was easy to use and the staff handling this area were amazing. Our rooms were close together as requested. Onsite cafe/bar was convenient and staff very attentive although we found the food a little overpriced for the quality.

Cons:

Mattress was so hard and not at all comfortable. The handwash and bodywash in the bathroom was almost empty when we arrived and didn't last the 3 nights we were there. Breakfast buffet was average and needs to be looked at closely as the set up wasn't very functional.

It’s at a good location which is gives you easy accessibility to many popular areas to visit and explore. Our room also gave as a very good view and the property was clean and staff were all helpful and polite.

Cons:

Its location makes getting a taxi or uber slightly difficult but nothing major.

La ubicación es insuperable, todo está a pie, estación de tren muy cerca y conectada

El desayuno estuvo bueno para 1-3 días algo caro, aunque para londres es esperable
Tome 4 noches inicialmente, fui a edimburgo y regresé una noche final, antes de mi retorno a lima, no me dejaron dejar una maleta grande por esos días y tuve que ir a una tienda a hacerlo, creo que pudieron ser un poco más amable con eso sabiendo que éramos 3 personas en dos habitaciones
