Wonderful warm greeting on arrival by the reception staff. Friendly and professional staff right across the board. Great location, clean and spacious room with lovely relaxing bathroom products available to use if want to. Great nights sleep for sure. Thank you.

è la seconda volta che ci andiamo ed è stato peggio, era davvero un bel Hotel

la posizione è comoda per visitare Londra anche a piedi

Cons:

su sette giorni la stanza è stata pulita solo tre volte, la colazione è scarsa e bisogna fare lunghe code, il bar già alle 22 limita le scelte di bevande e cibo

Perfect for a city break - right in the thick of it.
Pros:

Excellent location, great room, perfect views and lovely breakfast. The online check in made it super easy and the digital door key is a dream. Barely interacted with anyone but it was great.

Cons:

The lifts...they tool forever and were a little.....scary! 13 floors of stairs never did anyone any harm though :-)

Comfortable luxury with an amazing view of Waterloo
Pros:

Excellent location just a short walk from Waterloo. We arrived two hours early as we were attending a funeral that afternoon and staff kindly allowed us to check in so we could wash and change. Room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable (and cool), and had an amazing view of Waterloo station and the train tracks. En-suite had both bath and shower. Breakfast was delicious with a huge choice of hot and cold foods.

Cons:

We had to have breakfast slightly earlier than we would normally have liked as it gets extremely busy later on.
