Rooms of a high standard, excellent friendly staff and location ideal.
Pros:

Our rooms, 715 and 716 were both very clean with great facilities. The staff and in particular the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. We ate in your casual restaurant the once agin the staff were helpful and friendly. The meals we ordered (burgers) arrived looking good and they tasted good too.

Cons:

For me personally the mattress was too soft and caused me some discomfort during my sleep. Breakfast was disappointing in that the cooked items like sausages and bacon looked like they had been there a while. Ditto the croissant etc, dry and unappetising. Coffee from the machines wasn't too bad.

Pros:

loved this hotel. great location to south bank , london eye etc
easy bus service and waterloo tube 5 mins away
breakfast was excellent with a good choice
we got upgraded so was more than satisfied

Overall, we enjoyed our stay mainly because of the excellent location and stunning views
Pros:

Great location with an amazing view of the London Eye and Big Ben. The room was comfortable, and being so close to major attractions made our stay very convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but I would have appreciated a wider variety of options. Unfortunately, the reception experience was disappointing. The receptionist seemed cold and not particularly welcoming, which was not the best first impression
