Pros:

The location easy check in and out

Cons:

The bathrooms were not clean, the room was on corridor that looks at the breakfast resturant and the it was laod and i woke me up sine 5:30 am!!

Love the location
Pros:

It's in a very convenient location-almost every major tourist attractions are walking distance. So close to Waterloo and Westminster stations. Good breakfast.

Der zentrale Lage mit einem guten Ausblick ab dem zehnten Stockwerk in Richtung London Eye. Sehr freundliches Personal, das sofort hilft, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist.

I paid for a junior suite . A very substantial room rate was charged

Bathroom door wouldn’t close due to water damage

Cracked tiles on bathroom floor moved under foot
