Pleasant stay but not perfect
Pros:

Beautiful building and gardens; location within the vineyard; welcoming staff; excellent breakfast; access to wine tasting and discounts in Peller Estates (the owner)

Cons:

Poor soundproofing in rooms; could hear the shower TV and every bump and bang from adjacent room (similar to our last stay, in a different room); lack of elevator (not a deal breaker, but no one available to assist with baggage
The day after our departure our nightly rate almost doubled (from preseason to seasonal rates) - making the cost for a single room with Queen bed about C$500 including tax (b’fast extra) - THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND CONTRIBUTES TO THE GENERAL IMPRESSION THAT NOTL IS NIAGARA IN THE TAKE.

Perfect stopover for visiting the vineyards and Niagara on the lake.
Pros:

Very welcoming staff, fabulous location for exploring the vineyards, Niagara on the lake, and the falls. Thoroughly recommend it and wish I had stayed an additional night.

Comfortable stay

Everything was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious 😋

Great except for the soundproofing

Overall appearance in the setting of the vineyard; size and layout of the rooms; the fireplaces; the welcoming staff; excellent breakfast; the bonus of free wine tasting and price reductions at Peller Wineries

Cons:

Soundproofing between rooms. We could hear the TV, shower and every bump and bang from the adjacent room (we were in 320 or 321??). This was also our experience in our previous stay (different room).
An elevator to the third floor would have been a nice touch

Wonderful
Pros:

We spent 4 nights at Riverbend for our 40th anniversary and my 70th bday. We love the Inn and we had the pleasure of being taken care of by Joan at the front desk. Her friendly personality made us feel like we had known each other for years 😊. Thank you Joan and the rest of the staff for a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back!!

Eine exzellente Wahl - außergewöhnlich schön & absolut zum Wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Sehr edel, hochwertig, fein und zugleich persönlich, freundlich und locker. Unser Zimmer war ein Traum, groß, wunderschön, mit Kamin und allem. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Weinprobe, die im Preis inklusive ist, war ein weiteres Highlight und wir hatten viel Spaß mit Bill. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls eine top Empfehlung, auch hier ließ weder Service noch Essen zu wünschen übrig. Luxus verbunden mit Unkompliziertheit - sehr zu empfehlen. Das Anwesen ist ebenfalls traumhaft und lädt zur Entspannung ein.

Highly recommend! Great staff, accommodations, and location!
Pros:

Excellent location. Downtown is walkable on nice weather days. Riverwalk, Peller Estates, and Two Sisters are walkable in any weather. Great atmosphere in lobby, restaurant/bar, and rooms which are tastefully decorated and spacious.

A truly wonderful and memorable experience. We will definitely be back again.

Our two breakfasts were delicious and the service was excellent. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The view out the windows was lovely and peaceful.
