Bardzo pomocny personel, super podejście do klienta, chęć pomocy w każdym temacie. Super śniadania, bardzo duży wybór i wszystko przepyszne.
Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie blisko.

Cons:

Brzydki zapach z kanalizacji odczuwalny w pokoju. Zbyt gorąca woda w jacuzzi- nie szło wejść, parzyło skórę.

Staff very helpful and great room and location
Pros:

Room was good . Good quiet air con , great shower , comfortable bed .

Cons:

Only grumble and it is a small one , at breakfast your hot plates don’t keep you hot food hot , bordering on cold .

Pros:

Personeel was heel vriendelijk , we kregen een gratis upgrade naar een kamer aan de straatzijde , geluidsisolatie was goed door de dubbele ramen, airco werkte goed , alles was heel proper en het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heel lekker. De ligging was ook goed , dicht bij een metro station. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar !

Vriendelijk personeel, goeie prijs-kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Het personeel aan de receptie was uiterst vriendelijk. Ontbijt voldoende keuze en verse producten, enkel de pancakes waren koud en uitgedroogd.

Cons:

Je moest lang wachten om stabiel warm water te hebben in de douche. Weinig plaats aan de lavabo. Graag gesloten donsovertrekken.

O vacanta plăcută
Pros:

Un hotel plăcut si comod, care deşi are deschiderea spre un bulevard aglomerat, uşile duble de la micul balcon n-au lăsat sa treacă zgomotele străzii. Curăţenia s-a facut zilnic. Am apreciat podeaua din parchet. Un mic dejun extrem de bogat si o cafea excelenta. Recepționera Marina este una din cele mai prietenoase si comunicative persoane întâlnite.

I'D STAY HERE AGAIN AND ASK FOR A LARGE ROOM WITH A VIEW OF STREET, C. ARENAL.

LOCATION CAN'T BE BEAT. VERY AFORDABLE COMPARED TO OTHER OPTIONS. JOINED TRIPSTER CLUB TO SAVE 15% (THAT'S LEGIT IT SEEMS). THE THIRD ROOM (THE TRIPLE) IS GREAT, AND HAS A GREAT VIEW. STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. LAURA AND DAVID ESPECIALLY.

ODD SMELLS IN ALL ROOMS. NEEDED TO OPEN WINDOWS TO CLEAR SMELLS. BEDS WERE OK BUT NOT AMAZING AND THE PILLOWS WERE NOT GREAT.
