Gunstig gelegen modern hotel naast de gezellige haven
Pros:

Een mooi modern hotel met goede faciliteiten en een goede ligging nabij de haven. Parkeren kan in de omgeving voor 11 euro dagtarief. In het hotel bevindt zich een kleine wellness met sauna, stoombad en dompelbad. Heerlijk om even wat te relaxen en uit hectiek van de drukke omgeving te zijn.

Cons:

Zo'n mooi en luxe hotel had op de kamer geen koffie/thee-apparaat. Dat vonden we wel heel jammer.

Enttäuschend - das Zimmer wäre mir maximal 140€ wert gewesen

Die Lage war ok, die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich.

Ich hatte für meine Familie 2 Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Hatte eine teurere Kategorie ausgewählt, weil ich laut der Beschreibung davon ausging, Blick auf den Hafen dafür zu bekommen. 740€ für eine Übernachtung sind nicht wenig.
Einen Tag vor Anreise bekam ich eine Mail mit dem Angebot eines Upgrades im „Bieterverfahren“ für Hafenblick lag das Mindestgebot bei 85€. In der Annahme, dass ich für die 740€ bereits Hafenblick hätte und ein zusätzliches Upgrade die Kosten auf mindestens 900€ gesteigert hätten, habe ich auf das Upgrade verzichtet. Außerdem empfand ich das Angebot auch als sehr unseriös.
In der Folge bekamen wir Zimmer auf der untersten möglichen Ebene. Aus einem Zimmer sahen wir auf eine gegenüberliegende Fassade, das andere Zimmer lag ebenerdig mit einem Flachdach mit einem Aufbau, gegen den wir sahen. Vor dem Fenster „Zigarettenkippen?“. Kurzum: wir hatten den Eindruck, die schlechtesten Zimmer des Hotels zu haben. Wir fahren regelmäßig nach Hamburg und werden hierher sicher nicht zurückkehren.
