Samstagmorgen fragte ich, ob ich noch eine Nacht bleiben könnte, und wurde unhöflich abgewiesen… Mir hätte eine andere Möglichkeit angeboten werden sollen… woraufhin ich auf mein Zimmer ging… und hörte von…der Mitarbeiter "Mist Stück"...es tut mir sehr leid...aber ich bin nicht seine Mist Stück.

Das frühstück war super viel auswahl für jeden etwas da, nur was schade ist war nie ein großer tisch da für 5 leute.. vi

Hatten ein upside doppelzimmer, schöner blick hatten wir auf die landungsbrücke

Cons:

Wollten am ersten Tag oben in der cocktail lounge egwas trinken gehen 4 erwachsene und ein kleinkind von 3,5 jahre wurden sofort gesagt kommen kinder wären abend nicht erlaubt. Kein hallo nichts bekommen

Gutes Hotel in fantastischer Location mit ein paar Schwächen für unseren Besuch auch überteuert.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich sehr gut. Das Badezimmer ist sauber und funktioniert gut, dafür nicht wirklich high class. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig. Die Lage ist sensationell mit Blick auf die Elbe und den Hafen.

Cons:

Wir fanden einen feuchten Kopfkissenüberzug im Badezimmer. Dieser wurde offensichlich beim Saubermachen übersehen. Beim Frühstück wurden die Spiegeleier zu heiss angebraten. Andere Hotels können das besser. Am Wochenende unseres Aufenthaltes fand das Ironman Rennen statt. Das Hotel war sehr voll und das Personal im Frühstücksbereich wirkten dann teilweise überfordert. Wegendes Ironmans war das Hotel auch extrem teuer.

Super Hotel für einen Hamburg-Trip!
Pros:

Hervorragend Lage, fußläufig zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie zu den Haltestellen des ÖPNV , fantastischer Ausblick aus den höheren Etagen/Zimmern, sehr sauber, schönes Bad, ausgesprochen freundliches Personal sowie ausgezeichnetes Frühstück.
Ruhige Lounge-Bar im EG als Alternative zur vielbesuchten Bar im 20.Stock mit großartigem Blick auf Hamburg.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben, aber die Einrichtung unseres Zimmers war zwar funktionell und in Ordnung, doch sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen.....
