Pros:

Lobby lady with Syrian flag on her T shirt is very rude
And she try to charge additional to every hotel visitor
She charged us additional for kids beds and more cleaning fee ! My room was family room with additional beds what I booked

I have some recommendations. Change the adres to Rampische Str. 1 it makes it a lot easier for future guests. And the shower hose was leaking. Some rubber i guess. It was a perfect nice stay! Thanks! Nice room perfect location and price

Sehr angenehm, komfortable Betten, schönes Zimmer, feines Frühstück, hat alles wirklich gut gepasst
Pros:

Tolle Lage, mein Zimmer hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Frauenkirche, das ist schon sehr speziell! Das Personal war durchwegs sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Es ist übertrieben zu sagen dass mir etwas nicht gefallen hat, aber ich hätte mir eine Bar gewünscht für einen kleinen Drink vor dem Zubettgehen.

Super Aufenthalt in Dresden
Pros:

alles bis auf die beiden Punkte, die mir nicht gefallen haben

Cons:

Die Parkhausgebühren, falls man über das Hotel den Parkplatz gebucht hätte.
Die Kosten fürs Frühstück.
Beides völlig überzogen.

Room was spacious and quiet, amazing shower, the aircon good and quiet, valet parking fast and well organised.
Location could not be better.

Pros:

Central location; polite staff; very spacious room and bathroom; quite neat and clean room; for the child, they provided not only a folding cot but also towels, diapers, wet wipes, and even a small book. The daily housekeeping was excellent

Cons:

The hotel is very dated; a deep cleaning is needed for all the furniture and carpeting (especially in the lobby, as it even smells old there); outdated and slow elevators; broken air conditioning. Because of the broken AC, you have to open the windows, but then the street noise comes in, and garbage trucks wake you up at six in the morning. The shower fixture was broken, making it uncomfortable to wash.
