It is very rare to find such places

This hotel deserves a perfect score – but its staff deserves something even higher!

I booked the hotel for my wife and wanted to arrange a special surprise for her. From the very beginning, the team went far beyond what I could have expected to help me make her experience perfect. They patiently went along with all my ideas and crazy requests, were incredibly kind and responsive, and helped me with things they absolutely didn’t have to. Their attitude and willingness to help made the whole experience truly special.

And even without the surprise, the hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained, and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic.

What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is the people. Genuine hospitality, kindness and a level of service that is becoming increasingly rare.

A huge thank you to the entire team for helping me create such a memorable experience for my wife. You deserve a big round of applause!

Perfect hotel in a beautiful location
Pros:

Everything was perfect: room, location, service, comfort - we were very happy with this hotel. We were upgraded to the room with the view of beautiful Frauenkirche and the square. The soundproofing is excellent: with the windows closed we could not hear the noise from the restaurants below or church bells that chime throughout the night. The air conditioning is reasonably quiet and effective. When we asked for an electric kettle and extra cream for coffee, it was promptly delivered to our room. Staff is friendly and attentive. The location is superb.

Cons:

Not a negative, just a suggestion: having an electric kettle and tea selection in the room would be a nice addition.
