Pros:

The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. The location to Barnstaple was good.

Cons:

The shower was weak and small bathroom. The carpet was stained.

LOVED THE HOTEL AND WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANYONE
Pros:

BAR WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND PLENTY OF SEATING ,BAR STAFF VERY FRIENDLY HAD A GOOD CHAT TO THE YOUNG GUY BEHIND THE BAR GAVE US A RUNDOWN OF THE HOTEL FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS SINCE HE STARTED.

Very pleasant stay, good n staff great. Just put aircon in all rooms and it’s perfect.
Pros:

rooms were small side but very clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. restaurant food inc breakfast was very good.

Cons:

one room had no air conditioning, coming back from a bike ride all sweaty and hot wasn’t very pleasant for one of us. tried leaving window open, but the noise from the seagulls was annoying.

Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff and will be looking to stay more frequently when visiting family
Pros:

Location was lovely, could sit outside and didn’t feel like we were amongst houses or busy roads

Lovely location
Pros:

Location. Modern external appearance and internal fittings. Nice big room overlooking the park. Friendly staff.
A great range of juices at the breakfast buffet including pineapple and also tomato.
Good parking for my motorcycle at the rear of the hotel.

Cons:

I Had to make my own toast at breakfast using a machine rather than have it delivered with my full English breakfast. The bread was quite cheap as well.
On the second day the eggs for my poached eggs on toast were slightly undercooked.
Neither of the supplied pillow styles really suited me.

Pros:

Superb hotel. Great food and excellent service. Room was magnificent and shower was huge. A great night sleep. Had a good evening meal.
