Todos los empleados en general muy bien pero queremos valorar en particular al metre Ricardo. Muy atento y servicial con nosotros, nos ayudó con el tema del vino y nos aconsejó la mejor opción sin duda. Da gusto que te atiendan de esta manera.

1 week at Bordoy Adults only Alcudia Bay
Pros:

Good sized rooms, large comfortable bed, nice pool view, tea / coffee and fridge.
Food was excellent with great variety amd theme nights. Staff all very pleasant and they all seemed to enjoy working there.
Good entertainment by pool and in tbe evenings in the pleasant bar area.
Pool a good size and aleays sun loungers available. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Nah zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, Bett bequem.. Frühstück und Abendessen ist immer lecker und das Personal immer sehr freundlich.

Das es leider kein Meerblick hat..

Pros:

La piscine, le personnel très souriant,
L’emplacement. L’animateur Martin avec son water polo aquagym ping pong etc et tjs avec le sourire merci à tt le personnel

Cons:

Les personnes qui réservent les transats avec leur serviettes. Les voisins qui respectent pas les autres ( chambre pas insonorisée) ont a l’impression qu’ils sont dans notre chambre. L’eau qui n’est pas mise dans les chambres par les femmes de ménage chaque jours

Pros:

La atención del personal (recepción, bar, restaurante, limpieza...). Las bebidas estaban muy buenas, la atención es genial. La comida está bastante bien. La piscina estaba muy limpia y bien ubicada. Las camas amplias y la habitación muy cómoda.

Cons:

El Spa nos pareció que se puede mejorar además no funcionaban los chorros. Con eso ganaría mucho. Justamente nos tocó una habitación sin vistas. No puede ser todo.

A localização é relativamente boa.

Cons:

De quase tudo. A sala de refeições é pior que muitas cantinas. Muito pouca variedade de comida e fraca qualidade. Casas de banho e varanda sempre com areia depois do serviço de limpeza. Colchões e almofadas de péssima qualidade. Horários da piscina e cantina irreais para quem está de férias. O all inclusive…. Dá direito a desconto na maioria das bebidas, não às bebidas! O hotel é todo para não fumadores. Há um canto onde se pode. Nem na varanda dos quartos é permitido. Está tudo bem com isso, mas não existe essa informação em lado nenhum.
