Rien à dire
We were very happy with this hotel. The deluxe villas are excellent - comfortable bed, useful kitchenette, nice terrace, very clean, not too noisy... The pool was lovely, the food at the restaurant was delicious and decent value, plus the staff were all friendly and helpful.
It was nice to find somewhere that was quite small but still had great amenities. Also really useful being able to park right behind each villa.
Walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants, though we never did find pedestrian access to the beach (we didn't actually ask anyone either though).
Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
Decor, was modern and well laid out.
Bed was lumpy made sleep very difficult
We had a fantastic time at the All Seasons Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful and the resort itself was perfect for us. We were there late July so it was off season, the pool was empty most days which meant our children had it pretty much to themselves! It’s a ten to fifteen minute walk to the Massy supermarket, where you can buy anything you need. We also downloaded a takeaway app (foodDROP Barbados) which we used to order takeaways to the room, strongly recommend the local Italian! There is a shuttle bus on weekdays which takes you free of charge to anywhere within 3K. If you miss this I suggest taking the reggae bus which for 3.50 BBD will take you as far as you need to go, this was a great experience the family loved. The Beach House again is a ten-15 minute walk but once there you get access to a beautiful pool right next to a practically private beach with coral reef snorkelling right off the shore. Speaking of which, if you enjoy snorkelling get the shuttle or reggae bus to Folkestone marine reserve for incredible snorkelling and a beautiful beach with an on hand cafe. All Seasons is a great, affordable base to explore this incredible island. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Was in quiet neighbourhood. Spacious room. Bank, supermarket, Beach, Burger King and duty free shopping in general vicinity.
Areas in the room was dusty. Eg. The night table
We would like to give a special thank you to Cheryl for making our stay in Barbados so wonderful. She was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay at All Seasons Resort.
Cheryl went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She gave us great advice on how to get around the island, where to catch the buses, and the best ways to explore Barbados. Her kindness and willingness to help made our experience so much easier and more enjoyable.
Cheryl was truly the best, and we are so grateful for all her help and support. She is a wonderful person and a real asset to the resort. Thank you, Cheryl, for helping make our Barbados trip so memorable! ❤️🇧🇧
The location was great. It felt cozy like home with enough of a resort vibe for that getaway feel. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the pool and lawn games were fun. The suite was spacious and clean. Great deal for the price.
The only improvement I'd recommend is to have an AC unit in the living area. There was only AC in the bedroom.
This is a lovely hotel with beautiful pool and lovely grounds ! A hidden gem with competitive affordability! Big rooms , cold AC,lovely staff members, safe area , close to the beach and restaurants / coffee shops ! Quiet neighborhood! Great location when on west side of the island ! Taxi to grocery stores or within 3 mile radius cost 15 USD or less . Staff members very friendly and helpful! Love Kelly at front desk so alert and polite! Made check in a breeze ! Antonia at breakfast was so much fun and kind personality, keeno and Alicia made some of the best drinks on that island , I love the Bajan people! Love their energy and the kindness they show through positive actions , conversations and togetherness! God bless Barbados and God bless her people! Always !
I love the Staff. And your out doors are designed for relaxation, around the pool area to the extensive lawns.
Improve and the shading around the pool area if it is possible.I
Overall, our stay at All Seasons Resort was pleasant, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the resort offers a relaxed atmosphere that many guests will enjoy.
There were some cleanliness issues that affected our experience. A friend in our group had a lizard in their bedroom for two nights, and there were lizard droppings in the room during that time. While we understand that tropical destinations can sometimes have wildlife around, we would have expected the issue to be resolved more quickly and the room to be cleaned thoroughly.
In general, the hotel could have been cleaner, particularly in terms of room maintenance and housekeeping standards. Based on our experience and what appears to be a common theme in average guest reviews, the resort has good potential but would benefit from greater attention to cleanliness and upkeep.
Rating: 3/5
A decent stay overall, but improvements in housekeeping and room cleanliness would make a significant difference to the guest experience.
The location was quiet and peaceful but still close enough to shopping areas.
I would have liked a TV in our room and AC in the sitting room but overall it was an enjoyable experience. Would definitely book again.
It was our 1st visit to Barbados (March)and we went with friends who have been several times. We really enjoyed our stay, lovely clean and spacious apartments,,, it was so peaceful there when sitting on our terrace to chat 🥂 or sunbathe with a lovely view of the gardens and pool. All the staff were so friendly and work really hard to make your stay very enjoyable. Even the monkeys 🙉 roaming around were a delight to watch. The weather was beautiful and hot and we came home very satisfied with our trip,, we will definitely come back. So thank you to all for making lovely memories for us 5*
Beautiful pool and nicely layed out. Quiet location. Nicely updated rooms with very large bedroom.
Decor pillows in our room on the bed were very dirty. Pretty gross. Cream type markings all over them. Also on bedside table. Also would have loved air conditioning in main living area. Huge contrast bedroom to living room.
Staff fairly nice but the older woman at the restaurant was quite rude and not very nice, we felt like we were bothering her. My husband and I went to the wrong entrance and saw two staff members sitting in booths on their phones and no one came to let us know where to enter. We just figured it out on our own. It was 5:15, no one was in the restaurant and she told us we needed a reservation. We did end up getting seated; after apologizing we didn’t make a reservation (the info we were given upon arriving didn’t say anything about needing reservations) and there were only 4 other people in the restaurant the whole time we were there (it was slow season and mostly vacant). But everyone else was very good.
Also could have used more hand towels (bring your own face cloths, they don’t have any). When I asked for more towels I was told I would have to wait for housekeeping the next day (maybe starting shift at 9:00 am; receptionist wasn’t sure) but I had somewhere to be by 9:00 am the next day so that was really inconvenient. One hand towel is not enough for 3 days. I wash my face morning and night and don’t want to wash it with a used hand towel.
Also a bit frustrating the pool closes at 6:00 pm. It’s still hot outside past 6:00 pm.
Food was very good and most staff were very accommodating and kind.
