It was our 1st visit to Barbados (March)and we went with friends who have been several times. We really enjoyed our stay, lovely clean and spacious apartments,,, it was so peaceful there when sitting on our terrace to chat 🥂 or sunbathe with a lovely view of the gardens and pool. All the staff were so friendly and work really hard to make your stay very enjoyable. Even the monkeys 🙉 roaming around were a delight to watch. The weather was beautiful and hot and we came home very satisfied with our trip,, we will definitely come back. So thank you to all for making lovely memories for us 5*
Beautiful pool and nicely layed out. Quiet location. Nicely updated rooms with very large bedroom.
Decor pillows in our room on the bed were very dirty. Pretty gross. Cream type markings all over them. Also on bedside table. Also would have loved air conditioning in main living area. Huge contrast bedroom to living room.
Staff fairly nice but the older woman at the restaurant was quite rude and not very nice, we felt like we were bothering her. My husband and I went to the wrong entrance and saw two staff members sitting in booths on their phones and no one came to let us know where to enter. We just figured it out on our own. It was 5:15, no one was in the restaurant and she told us we needed a reservation. We did end up getting seated; after apologizing we didn’t make a reservation (the info we were given upon arriving didn’t say anything about needing reservations) and there were only 4 other people in the restaurant the whole time we were there (it was slow season and mostly vacant). But everyone else was very good.
Also could have used more hand towels (bring your own face cloths, they don’t have any). When I asked for more towels I was told I would have to wait for housekeeping the next day (maybe starting shift at 9:00 am; receptionist wasn’t sure) but I had somewhere to be by 9:00 am the next day so that was really inconvenient. One hand towel is not enough for 3 days. I wash my face morning and night and don’t want to wash it with a used hand towel.
Also a bit frustrating the pool closes at 6:00 pm. It’s still hot outside past 6:00 pm.
Food was very good and most staff were very accommodating and kind.
La piscine et la taille des chambres
La restauration : fermeture à 21h le soir. Très peu de diversité.
Amazing and friendly staff. Pool area was very clean with plenty of sun loungers. We ate at the onsite Indian restaurant twice and couldn’t fault it. Our room was spacious with plenty of room to store our luggage, the kitchen space was perfect for cooking which saved us a lot of money on going out for meals every day. There is a coffee shop and duty free store around 7-8 min walk away and the Massy supermarket/beach/souvenir shops are around 15 mins walking. Would definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Holetown area to book this hotel!
A/C in the living area of the apartment would have been ideal.
Our first time at All Seasons Europa Resort. We came with two other couples and two single adults, our ages ranged from 50 to 72. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved it. A quiet location away from the noisy party scene. A short walk to Holetown beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The accommodations were excellent, newly renovated, very comfortable, clean and kept clean with wonderful housekeeping staff. The pool was just right to cool off in anytime during the day, always crystal clear.
We had two weekend meetings and one mid week meeting, in the conference room that worked out great for us. A great big shout out to Reilly who was always a step ahead making sure everything was to our satisfaction.
Kelly and Kiara on the front desk were so friendly and helpful.
Thank you Christien for you behind the scenes hard work maintaining the staff at such a high level.
A very important item was the cost, very reasonable for everything. I highly recommend All Seasons Europa Resort for anyone visiting Barbados.
My experience at All Seasons Europa Resort was a great first time in Barbados experience. I would rate it as 10++/10.
The people were very friendly and helpful.
Everything was clean and inviting.
The free shuttle to the local grocery store and beach area was helpful for newcomers.
The resort was well located in Hole Town.
I would definitely stay here again.
Our group booked the resort for our Conference and were well pleased with the service we received. We arrived at different times over a 2 day period, to a warm and efficient welcome at the All Seasons. The staff were very accommodating, serving us a complementary Rum Punch and giving us all through tours of the property and our suite. The accommodation was bright and spotlessly clean. Anything we needed was supplied, and housekeeping came to clean every second day. The rooms are modern with comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchens.
The restaurant and bar are conveniently located pool side with quiet ambient music playing in the background. We found the staff to be attentive and friendly. We enjoyed several meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner: all of which were very tasty and beautifully presented. We enjoyed being able to eat pool side choosing seafood, burgers fries and such. The Restaurant served amazing authentic Indian dishes, so well done. The pool was large and well kept with lots of available loungers and sun shades.
Our group of 11 opted for several evening meals together in the restaurant and found the food and service to be excellent. We will come back again.
It was comfortable, beautiful and quiet
Gym equipment wasn’t working at all
The staff are great, from the desk to the housemaids always helpful and friendly, it’s very clean with a great restaurant
The sun loungers around the pool where a little uncomfortable
We visited the All Seasons Europa for 2-weeks in April 2026. It was just after the Easter holidays so there were very few children and mainly couples of all ages.
Initially I considered the complex to be a little quirky in appearance, made up of single story chalets spread around a pool or on the perimeter of the property overlooking gardens or neighboring properties. The complex is in the middle of a housing community and unlike anything we’ve stayed in before but I grew to like it as the holiday went on. We wanted to come self catering in order that we can experience all of what Barbados has to offer and it was definitely a good base to do this.
I only have mainly positive things to say about the hotel, these being that it is very clean throughout. The pool area is spotless as are the grounds and eating areas. The rooms are large and well equipped for self catering (kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board, plenty of cutlery and plates etc). It consisted of a living area with settee and chair as well as TV and table/chairs. Separate bed room had a large bed with ceiling fan and bathroom. The air conditioning in the bedroom was pretty poor, we had to have it on the lowest temperature and highest fan to get any sort of cool air out of it but we managed. Outside there is a large terrace with chairs and a table.
The pool area was nice, it didn’t have many beds (~15) but seldom were they ever all taken. The sun-beds are also chained so you can’t turn them around to sit into the sun if you wanted to, which was a bit of a pain. There is a pool bar (closed on Mondays as are a few places in Barbados) so make sure you stock up with drinks, snacks etc if you plan to stay round the pool on a Monday. For me, the pool bar opens too late (11:00/11:30); wanting yo buy a drink at 10am is more the norm and I’d of though the hotel would want to take as much payment as they can. There was one girl in the bar (Aliyah) who always served you after 10am if she was working but it was other workers who refused. Aliyah was a very friendly worker who made you feel welcome and was always happy to chat to customers (she even gave some free ice cream on my birthday). Most of the Bajan people are friendly but there exceptions to the rule. It took about 15-mins to walk into town (Massey’s supermarket and start of restaurants) and Holetown is a nice town with plenty of eateries for all budgets and bars to enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Karaoke on 1st Street on a Sunday night is a real eye opener and one not to miss. Overall Barbados is a wonderful island and the hotel was in a reasonable location from which to explore. Not sure if we’d return to the All Seqsons Europa and would perhaps prefer to be closer to the town centre but we much prefer Holetown to the South of the island and the further North towns so we would definitely return to the location, perhaps not the hotel.
