Comfortable, clean hotel close to old town area
Pros:

Clean, modern hotel with on site parking. Full buffet breakfast available. Helpful front desk staff. Within walking distance of town square and various tourist sites. Very comfortable room.

Great modern hotel right in the city centre.
Pros:

Great location, within walking distance of all the main sights, with nearby shops and restaurants. I especially liked the location because of the supervised public car park just a few minutes’ walk away. Breakfast was plentiful, and the serving staff were helpful and professional, although overall it was a bit quite pricey.

Cons:

I would like to be provided with slippers in my room.

Zkusím to veršem: "Marriotu v Plzni, zdaleka se se vyhni"
Pros:

Hotel je prostorný, od loby, přes restauraci, až po přístupové chodby (o pokoji bych si to již tvrdit netroufl). Čistota na pokoji byla příkladná, ale největší pozitivum je stravování - snídaně byly perfektní a výběr na večeří z jídelního lístku bezproblémový.

Cons:

Co se mi nelíbilo, je čistě individuální - vybral jsem si hotel pro jeho bezbariérovost, kdy se dá z garáží vyjet přímo do ubytovacího patra. Překvapení však nastalo v okamžiku, kdy v garážích nebylo volné ani jediné parkovací místo pro ZTP. Ne, že by nás bylo víc, ale byla obsazena vozidly jiných hostů (bez ZTP)... i to se dá pochopit, prostě to tak chodí. Moje výhrada však směřuje k pracovnici v recepci - když jsem se jí dovolil zeptat, zda parkování nějak regulují byla její reakce více než podrážděná a dotaz "Proč se ptáte, a vy tam chcete parkovat?" to jen završil. Ze zkušenosti vím, že dále již nemá význam komunikovat, ta jsem jen poděkoval a odjel. Netušil jsem, že je podobný přístup v Marriotu možný a pokud to není jen pochybení jedince, ale systémová záležitost, kterou nikdo neřeší, tak je cena 19.890,- Kč za 3 noci zcela neadekvátní službám, které dostanete. Příště budu zcela jistě hledat jakoukoliv jinou variantu, jen ne Marriot.
