Amazing hotel, very clean, friendly people, really good facilities
Pros:

Everything was amazing and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The tour kiosk in the lobby that arranges trips around Cairo is not clear about the prices and we faced additional prices at our tour.
