Clean and great location.
Pros:

The value and location. Beds were very comfortable for price. While it was clean had a musky mildew smell, I think coming from the AC unit.

The room had an unpleasant smell, the floor smelled of mouse urine outside the establishment, a lot of speck smell, the shower did not work, there was no Internet in the establishment or on the TV.

Although staff was nice, the room felt dirty and we won’t be back.
Pros:

The location was not far from many main attractions. Nikki was very nice when checking in.

Cons:

The room smelled musty and when we turned the heater on it smelled even worse. There were hairs on the bed sheets and washcloths. There was a roach crawling in the bathroom.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, and the general manager, Nikki made our stay memorable!
Pros:

The location was perfect for our bike trip from Birmingham, to Dauphin Island, and spending the night in GulfShores.
We love hanging out at Lulu’s, and the hotel location is perfect for us!
Nikki, the general manager was absolutely amazing! She made us feel like we were staying with family. Nikki was attentive to all of our needs, and she went out of her way to make our stay memorable!
We will definitely stay at this hotel any time we visit GulfShores!!

Cons:

Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was walking distance to Lulu’s.
The entire staff was extremely friendly, and helpful!
There was nothing to dislike about the property!
