The first night the ac did not work . I toughed it out the next morning i ask to be moved to an other room. I was told to wait on maintenance. Im on a vacay i don’t wanna wait on maintenance. So I was moved to another room. This room the commode doesn’t flush , bath drain was clogged wouldn’t drain holes in the walls and bathroom door. The floor was black on your feet i had to buy
My own cleaning supplies it wasn’t good. Felt more like I was the house keeping staff or maintenance trying to get the ac , commode and drain fixed . Bad all the way around .

Pros:

Staff was nice for the most part and the location is just minutes away from gulf shores beach and really quiet. Really good value for the location.

Cons:

Upon check in we had to get a different room due to the door lock being messed up. The bed was not comfortable at all in the 2nd room.

I would NOT recommend going to this hotel!!
Pros:

The staff was pretty nice

Cons:

We were moved twice, the first room they gave us had water on the floor due to the refrigerator not working and it smelled like mold, the second room had black mold on the ceiling which we didn't notice until we were taking a shower. The third room was the cleanest of the three but it was still not that great.

Pros:

The ONLY good thing about my stay was the shower!

Cons:

On the app they showed having a pool! Once I got there there was NO POol! The TV sucked only 2 channels! WTF!!

Pros:

It’s a great choice stay for easy access to the beach at an affordable price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I like the location as it’s very centralized to most things in the area.
