bathroom was not clean and room was outdate, bed was hard, and i think with the price you pay breakfast should have been included
It was a convenient location to shopping and grocery stores. Staff was helpful.
The whole place needs a severe update. Hot water and water pressure were missing for the weekend I stayed there. The sheets were dirty (brown spots and grease from food) used so I asked for new ones from house keeping. The AC worked, but looked like it had been kicked in.

We chose this property bc we wanted a hot tub! I even called them to confirm they had a hot tub!! We got there and went to enjoy it after a busy day; and the water in it was literally yellow! And it was taped off! So I went to the front desk and asked them if it was not working and asked how long it had been down and they told me it has been down for quite a while! They ended up refunding the rest of my stay there because I didn’t want to stay there without the hot tub!

Location was good considering where the family needed to go. Also, shopping and food nearby. Rooms were not super clean. Obvious remnants of previous pet owner stays. Rooms (we had two) were a good value considering prices of other properties. However, prices of the rooms should still be reflected in the cleanliness of the room. Service had a slight hiccup as there was a billing issue at checkout. It was resolved thanks to the attentiveness of my brother in law who paid close attention to the bill.

Check in and out was easy.
Bath tub in room 218 needs to be replaced, paint peeling from the tub. No holder for the sprayer in the tub.

Our room was not cleaned fully. Dirty bar of soap in the shower bedside table not cleaned. Pool was filthy
It was not clean at all. I was very disappointed with the room. The first room we were given was completely disappointing. Walking in the room smelled like a wet dog. The bed was not made and the pillows were on the lunge chair. The second room we were given only had one roll of toilet paper that was about to run out. There was no hand soap at all. I had to go to the front desk twice when arriving. All the money we paid was definitely not worth it.
