Checkin was easy, bed was made up and clean sheets. The lights work, ice maker down the hall works. They woman at checkin was very friendly, probably the nicest thing I can say.
The couch is filthy and had a 1.5 ft cut in it. The desk chair also filthy and cocked to the right slanted and I Was afraid that it would collapse . The conditioner on the shower wall was empty. The toilet seat had to be held or it would fall down. Other than the bed being made with clean sheets, is the only redeeming value.

The hotel was nice.
The staff was super rude and racist, particularly the manager. She kicked us out the hotel because my son's was horse playing with each other.
The bed was just as comfortable as my own which was great because my bed is about unbeatable! Glad the pool and hot tub were open, breakfast was great too. The lady who checked me in was super nice, when she learned i was from Spokane with the Spokane Fires she asked if I was okay and was concerned and it felt nice to know people outside our community cared, it was so hard to leave home as it was with everything going on at home. Also arrived back to my hotel room late and somehow was locked out by the sliding lock, she helped me get into my room, I was worried someone got in, but she got me in safely. Overall best hotel stay yet.
The only thing that came up was I wasn't able to log into wifi, i typed my last name and room #, but it couldn't find me or what not, so i wasn't able to use wifi, but I did use my data so I didnt try to fix that.

This room was very comfortable and clean. Out of 7 nights of sleeping at other facilities, I slept the best at this hotel.

I wish the room had a smart tv or at least a tv guide.
The bed!!!! And pillows and comforter. A 10+ !! I booked the Hampton Inn because I knew the beds are awesome. Wish I could find a bed like that for me at home!!!
I thought the shower floor could be sturdier.
