All in All it was good... besides breakfast...

Breakfast was good but the only thing was there was no place to sit.because a big family push all the tables together so they can mingle....left us without a place to sit..

Will choose a different hotel for the next time we stay, very disappointing.

Location to the district was nice

Cons:

Paying for 2 days parking and not even there for 18 hours, the kitchen was not prepared for the breakfast and the amount of guests, the seating was also not enough to support the amount of guests

Pros:

Hello, let me first affirm that the staff personnel, from front desk to housekeeping, was very good. All three persons that we saw at the Reception Desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. The Housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. The location is very good and the property is very clean, both inside and out.

Cons:

I expected a bit more from a Marriot Hotel brand name, form room type to accommodations. The beds are not comfortable, no safe box in the room, and the air conditioning unit turns off and when it's running, it's too loud, sounds like it's going to fall apart. Maybe this is part of an urgent remodeling phase. Again, Marriot has always been a good name to stay at, need to get to what it once was.

Pros:

The hotel it’s almost new

Cons:

The staff its terrible, I did the mistake to leave a brand new bag with souvenirs from Las Vegas and I keep calling about get back, was no body to respond, I spoke with the manager and she made me feel like I’m a lier. She prefer cover for a theft person and tell me no bag was there, I’m a 100% sure was left behind.
