Great experience
Pros:

Beds were super comfortable. Staff was very accommodating especially about getting my 88 year old sister a shower chair so she could use the shower.

Pros:

I typically don't partake in the breakfast. I would prefer a nondairy milk for my coffee. The location was easy to find and the room was very clean and comfortable

Excellent Staff
Pros:

The staff is wonderful. The Front Desk Manager, Kevin Maloney, provided excellent customer service during a phone call in which I requested a last minute change of date for our check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very clean, well stocked, and included fresh fruit options.

There was a used q tip in the corner of the bathroom in plain view. Also one of the “clean” towels had makeup on it.
